Portugal of Our Dreams!!

We recently returned from our 2-week vacation to Portugal, booked through Enchanting Travels. It was amazing! They met with us to hear what we like and dislike when traveling, then they customized an itinerary to fit our preferences and budget. They gave us time to review their recommendations & then met with us again to confirm. They stayed in contact with us throughout the planning process. This was our 30th anniversary trip, so we went all out. Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels, personal drivers and guides. They made sure our trip was every bit the anniversary celebration we dreamed of. Every single person we were in contact with through Enchanting was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about how exceptional our trip was and it was all because Enchanting Travels planned everything down to the last detail. We have already recommended them twice to friends of ours. We will book our next trip through Enchanting in 2026. Off to Ireland!!

I know it's not always easy to spend money these days, but with Hayes & Jarvis, we feel sure about our choice to work with them. I’m someone who doesn't like parting with cash, so finding a company that can offer great service and good value is really important to me. From the very start, when I first reached out, to booking our tailor-made holiday to Singapore, Japan, and Australia, dealing with Andy Finlay, our travel consultant, was a pleasure. His friendly attitude, passion, and in-depth knowledge of the destinations made it clear that after just a short phone call, he understood exactly what we were after. Within a couple of days, Andy was able to present a draft plan online, and after a few minor changes and just 2 more days, we had everything set.

This was our first time traveling with Enchanting Travels, and it certainly won’t be the last. Our journey to Europe was wonderful, and Prague and Vienna were the standout cities. In Prague, we explored the lovely Old Town, admired the stunning Prague Castle, and had a private tour of the Strahov Monastery library. We were lucky to have a great guide, Alena. Vienna was equally charming, with its grand buildings, lively Christmas markets, and excellent coffee houses. Kate, our travel consultant, put together a fantastic itinerary, bringing both cities to life like a dream. Elena, the trip coordinator, made sure everything went smoothly and it was an unforgettable experience.

My husbnd and I had an amzing time wrking with the staff from Enchanting Travels nd they were able to hook us up with an agent, Heather, who specializes in the area we are looking to travel. So her knwledge, expertise, recommendations, and assistance was invaluable. She was able to listen to what our optimal trip would look like, consider our preferences, give us options of activities to choose from and help create a perfect personalized itinerary for us. She was even able to upgrade our hotel view! The peace of mind knowing I can call an agent during our trip is amazing as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be using Enchanting Travels again!

We just got back from a 10-day vacation to London and Paris

We just got back from a 10-day vacation to London and Paris, and Enchanting Travels made the whole trip easy and memorable. Elizabeth took care of all our bookings and activities with great care and attention. While we were there, Vipra was always available and very helpful whenever we needed anything. She even surprised us with a nice gift and champagne for our anniversary, such a sweet and personal touch! The Enchanting Travels app was also very easy to use, helping us manage our schedule, confirmations, and documents all in one place. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. We will surely book with them again!

Everything from our first call with Bronwen to our return home went smoothly. Bronwen was so nice and she really listened to our requests and offered well informed feedback. We had a amazing time in Argentina. The company took care of all reservations for hotels, tours, transfers, restaurants and national flights. During our trip everyone was punctual and friendly. Having Kenny (Team Leader) available 24/7 during our trip was such a peace of mind. He was so friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make our trip flawless. Will definitely contact Enchanting Travels when ready for our next adventure.

Enchanting Travels did a great job planning a special trip

Enchanting Travels did a great job planning a special trip for our family to Japan. They handled every part, from the airport pickup to guiding us at every train platform. The classes we took were really fun, like sushi making, bento box crafting, and calligraphy. We had a problem with our flight arriving late, but our trip coordinator, Anchal, quickly contacted the hotel. She even managed to get a refund for the night we missed. Anchal was always ready to help and made sure everything went smooth. Everything was done very professionally and with care. I would definitely recommend them without any doubt.

We been to India in 1991, after Gandhi death, rough time. Wanted go back, we travelers, but worried. Friend went with Enchanting Travels, said check them out. Private travel good for us. Met Anita, good vibes. She set up things, Namrata helped in India. Drivers Amar, Sunil were great. Guides nice, knew lots. Did many activities, saw temples, markets, ate local food. Breakfast by women, fresh fish, spices, good. Kathakali show in Cochi, makeup, meanings of moves, interesting. Added Thrissur for theater festival. Trip was enchanting from start to end!

Choosing Enchanting Travels for our adventure to Zimbabwe and Botswana turned out to be a fantastic choice for our African journey! We tried Enchanting Travel for our trip to New Zealand and Australia. It was easy peasy. They listened to us and gave good ideas for our trip. In 2 weeks, we saw what we wanted. They helped us whenever we needed. Hotels were really good and in good spots. Airport rides were great! We want to use them again for Japan and Singapore.

Mark Pollich and Samuel Holguin were a great team – assisting with organizing accommodations, activities, transportation, and offering continuous help throughout the trip. Jeez, I guess I said most of what I wanted to say. Oh, and just to add somethin about Porini—the shower used firewood to heat the water and it got reeeally hot. I usually like my showers hot, but this one was almost burning. Not great.
