    De vertegenwoordiger nam de tijd om een

    De vertegenwoordiger nam de tijd om een geschikt hotel te vinden in het gebied waar ik naartoe ging. Helaas was het hotel erg oud, slecht onderhouden, de kamer rook naar een vieze geur en ik kreeg hoofdpijn als gevolg. Misschien kan de vertegenwoordiger de nieuwste recensies lezen om de persoon die de reservering maakt meer informatie te geven over de huidige staat van het hotel. Ik raad dat hotel helemaal niet aan om welke reden dan ook.

It's been 8 days since I canceled, and I'm still waiting for a refund on my card. This is unacceptable, and I won't be using your service again.     Angelica was so much more kind than the man I spoke to just 2 minutes before. He was awful. I have never experienced someone in the customer service field hang up on me after asking if they understood my message. Please give Anjelica his salary too and show him the door. He could chase away any good customers. All I wanted was the phone number for the front desk as I am a current guest. He couldn’t do this simple thing and was rude and rude then hung up on me... Not good. I wish I would have remembered his name, but I called around 4:45 pm on Friday, January 17th, if you can check the call.

    De medewerkers van het bedrijf waarmee ik telefonisch heb gewerkt zijn echt behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
