Sometimes she works with me for days to find what we're looking for, even on days when she's not working, and she always finds solutions. I promptly paid the quoted $2200.00 upon receiving the initial quote. However, after agreeing and making the payment, I was surprised to learn that the price had increased by $276 per person due to delayed ticket purchase. Despite paying an extra $29.00 for potential price changes within 24 hours, I was left questioning why this didn't apply to increases. The situation was exacerbated by a previously given $50 tip, based on the perceived efficiency that ultimately faltered in handling this issue.

Paid for business, but did not get business

I paid in full for round trip business class seats to Greece and Turkey, and I had confirmation from ABC of my seat assignments. Three weeks before my flight, I was told Turkish Airlines had bumped me on my return flight and given no options for an alternate business flight or even an economy flight. I directly contacted Turkish Air and was told that information was incorrect, that there are seats available in business and ABC did not book one for me. ABC did then book me an economy seat on the same airline. I was able to then pay an additional $179 for economy plus, but because ABC made the booking I could not upgrade to business, even if I paid full fare. ABC would have to do it. I was told by three different people at Turkish Airlines that I was never bumped, there has never been a time since I purchased through ABC that all business class seats were taken. My trip begins in a few days, and I’m still stuck in an economy seat while one of the employees appears to be looking into correcting this string of errors and misinformation. If he is able to solve the problem and get me back into the business class seat I paid for, I will upgrade this review to a three. All I want is what I purchased. No more, no less.

Surprisingly, my bank had no record of any payment request. Subsequently, I was informed that the flight was no longer available due to my failure to verify the card promptly. It was suggested that my decision to go out for dinner was the cause, raising questions about why the verification process wasn't completed during my 60-minute phone call.

Instead of offering reasonable airfares, it feels like they're on a mission to gather unnecessary details about your credit card. The reasons behind this are quite obvious. I wouldn't suggest dealing with them!

Each change had its own issues, but Brandon took care of everything with a lot of patience and knowledge. He always got back to me quickly and made sure I was updated along the way. His understanding of flight options and willingness to be flexible made the whole process easier. It was clear that he really wanted to find the best options for me. Because of Brandon’s hard work, I can now look forward to my trip to Italy without worrying. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their travel plans!
