Mixed Feelings About DestinaHolidays Service
I recently booked a flight through DestinaHolidays for the first time, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. They issued my ticket with parts of my first name in all lower case, which got me really worried since it didn’t match my passport. When I called their Canada support line, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem at the airport, but I wasn't convinced. I prefer my name to match exactly to avoid any hiccups during international travel.
What really bothered me was the way the support staff handled my concerns. They seemed impatient and even asked for my password at one point, which felt really off. I had to remind them to speak to me politely. Considering it's a 20-hour flight each way, I wanted to make sure everything was perfect, but they just weren't accommodating.
While their prices are good, I feel like spending a bit more elsewhere in Canada might be worth it for better service. Not sure if I'll use them again.
