I really enjoyed the cruise!
I really enjoyed the cruise! Everything about the trip was managed well! The tours were interesting, the food was filling and tasty, the room was comfortable with a nice balcony, the entertainment was great, and the excursions were exciting! The crew did their best to make sure I had a good time! Their friendly smiles and joy were a nice touch!

Pros Good benefits, and a few coworkers were supportive. Since the Fort Lauderdale office is shut down, CLIA now operates from Washington, DC. Cons A rather chaotic environment to work in. Favoritism was a constant issue, with managers each enforcing different guidelines, leading to unclear rules on overtime or comp time. Limited chances for career growth due to the organization’s small size.

Good benefits and some nice colleagues.
Good benefits and some nice colleagues. The Fort Lauderdale office is closed now, and CLIA is now located in Washington, DC. Cons A very disorganized place to work. There was a lot of favoritism, and every manager had different rules, so there was no consistency with OT pay or comp time. It's a small organization with limited opportunities for career advancement.
