My partner and I booked a hotel
My partner and I booked a hotel package along with tickets to the ABBA show scheduled for January 5th to the 7th. To our dismay, we received tickets for the show on January 7th at the 6 pm showing. It left us puzzled as to why anyone would want to spend an entire day in London carrying their bags around while waiting for an evening show that is eight hours after check-out.
Complicating matters further, we were set to fly to Portugal the following evening, making attending the show impossible. The frustration was heightened by the poor customer service we encountered. The provided telephone number led us to a lady from Doncaster who expressed having received numerous calls with similar complaints over the past couple of months.
This experience has left me thoroughly displeased and questioning the integrity of this company. The situation feels like a case of massive mismanagement or, worse, deliberate misleading. I am currently pursuing a full refund and, if necessary, will involve my credit card company to rectify this situation. The overall encounter with this company has been disheartening, and I would strongly caution others against falling victim to what appears to be a deceitful operation.
