The company swiftly secured competitive prices for multiple Business Class choices on my desired route. Unfortunately, my inquiry about ticket type responsiveness was lacking. Despite the efficiency, the confirmed reservation revealed a Basic ticket, surprising me with substantial fees for any modifications.

They're fast in finding good prices for Business Class on my route, but not helpful when I asked if it was Basic or Business Flex. It ended up being Basic with big fees for changes.

Transparency and honesty are crucial in customer relations, and this experience fell short of those expectations. The company needs to prioritize customer communication and satisfaction to regain trust.
