My girlfriend and I decided to enroll our dog, Zoee, in Dogwise's "4-Week Anxiety Rehab" program, hoping it would help with her social anxiety and improve her basic obedience. We shelled out $3,750 for it, but honestly, it was a disaster. Zoee came back more anxious, and her obedience wasn’t any better. When we reached out to Dogwise, they just suggested more of the same training, which her trainer said could make things worse.
We asked for a refund, but the CEO, Sean Devereux, was not helpful. After a lot of back and forth, they offered only a 50% refund. This whole experience was exhausting and frustrating, and I regret trusting them with Zoee. If you're considering Dogwise, think twice.
