I'm also thrilled that Meowtel's got my back with insurance and takes sitter screening super seriously. Their screening process is confusing and illogical. The questions they ask, like your work availability, willingness to travel, and basic tasks like taking out the trash, seem straightforward. Strangely, even if you answer everything correctly, rejection is still on the table. I tested this on different accounts after an initial rejection, and it consistently didn't add up. What's more, the feedback loop is automated, so don't expect any personalized responses. Judging by the questions and the outcome, it feels like they want you to commit to this gig as if it's a full-time job, which is absurd. And to add insult to injury, if you're rejected, they kindly invite you to try again in 12 months. It's a head-scratcher.
