Tried this service for the first time and it was quite simple to use and set up. It's a good way to locate nearby dog sitters/daycare/boarding choices. I like that it provides more in-home daycare/boarding options and in smaller groups or one-on-one. It worked better for my dog compared to bigger dog daycare places with many dogs at once.

It’s hard to figure out the payment due date; a reminder would help. It’d be nice if I could pay larger sums in parts. I’m unsure if my dogs have insurance for vet visits or potential damages they might cause. Besides that, my dog sitter is great and provides peace of mind when I’m gone. Booking his services and contacting him is easy.

First sitter ghosted me during our meeting time, later saying they dozed off at dinner time. Seriously? Not cool. Second sitter was all over the place with replies, then bailed last minute because "the dates didn’t suit" her, even though her calendar said otherwise. What's really bugging me? You can't leave reviews for sitters unless they actually take care of your pet. Bad communication should be reviewable too. And reporting someone? Forget it. Pawshake needs to fix this.
