Good product. Ideal for training bigger puppies. The small design features make a big difference. The leash attachment at the back of the head helps with a downward pull instead of a side pull (like a gentle leader) and doesn’t trip your puppy (also unlike a gentle leader). Both options are good, but the Canny Collar was better for our dog. The mouth part doesn’t tighten too much and doesn’t have a metal clasp that she can open with her dew claw. The Canny Collar is really easy to use and can even be used in its collar-only mode, which is a nice feature. Overall, it worked well for training our husky/shepherd puppy not to pull. Very pleased with Canny’s product!

My search for the perfect solution for managing my dogs' pulling behavior led me to the remarkable Canny Collar. Having experimented with various head collars, this one stands out as the best. Its unique construction prevents the uncomfortable pulling of the head to the side, providing effective control for even strong pullers. The outstanding customer service further enhanced my experience. Despite initially getting the sizing wrong, the exchange process was incredibly smooth. The team's communication and assistance were exemplary, making it a top-notch customer service experience.

We adopted our first dog Bella

We adopted our first dog Bella 14 yrs ago. That day the director of the facility was British and she sold these. I got the last one and lord it changed our walking from crazy to enjoyable. She passed from bone cancer last Aug of 22. Almost 1 yrs later we adopted our sweet Carlie Mae. The first thing I did was order her one of your Canny Collars!!! Same incredible results again!!!

Impressive product at an affordable cost. The functionality and fit are excellent. However, my experience was marred by delayed shipping; the promised 2-day delivery was compromised due to the shipping company's weekend limitations. Offering more flexible shipping options would elevate the overall customer satisfaction.

I really like the Canny collar!

I really like the Canny collar! I’ve been using it for my two dogs for a long time. The quality is really good, and it doesn’t hurt their teeth or pull on their faces or eyes. Honestly, it’s the best and most comfortable collar for walking my pups.

The collar works good so far. He don’t like it much but walks got better. I did ask if they have one for a short nose dog, his sister realy needs it.

I appreciate the thoughtful design

I appreciate the thoughtful design with the dual straps restraining my dog's head movement. However, I find the buckle collar lacking in emergency situations. A safety clip version for quick release would enhance its usability, especially when dealing with lively pups. Despite this concern, the collar and leash system effectively trains dogs to reduce pulling, a commendable feature for dog owners like me.

I like the two straps that keep my dogs head from pulling to one side but really don’t like your buckle collar. Please add a safety clip version for quick release. I raise wiggling pups and like that your collar and leash system does train them in reducing pulling, just not as easy to get off in emergencies.
