I called Verizon and the whole experience was a bit of a mess. I could hardly hear the representative because of all the noise—sounded like a party was happening right there. I kept asking her to hush her coworkers, but it didn’t help much. After we wrapped up, I asked for a supervisor. Turns out, there was a birthday bash going on in the call area. I couldn’t believe it! A big company like Verizon should know better. I told the supervisor that they needed to keep things professional during business hours, especially when handling calls. The whole thing was super frustrating and honestly, it felt like a pretty poor way to represent their brand. So disappointing!
