We got our Lightning Fibre service set up three weeks ago, and so far, we're very pleased with how it's been working. Our past moves between bigger broadband providers always came with issues and delays. The two engineers who handled the installation, Freddie and George, were on time, approachable, skilled, and quick. Our old service was only turned off after the Lightning service was up and running, so we had no downtime at all during the process. At first, we were nervous about leaving a big provider for a smaller, local company like Lightning, but after reading all the great reviews, we decided to give it a shot. Based on this first month, it seems like we won’t be looking to switch back any time soon.
