I gotta tell ya, our experience with this car rental place was a total mess. We showed up in Barcelona with our four kids, all excited for our vacation, but things went south real quick. They left us high and dry, no car, no refund, no nothing. Can you imagine being stuck in a foreign city with kids and no transportation? It was a nightmare. We tried to get some help or even just a bit of sympathy from them, but nothing. Felt like they just took our money and ran. I honestly don't get how they’re still in business with service like this.
