    Stopped by the Mansfield store today to grab a gift for my mother in law, Paul in store was really nice. Very friendly, helpfull, polite and full of knowledge. Showed me all the choices and helped me pick the right one. Would happily come back in future if needed.

    The Ramp People

    Ordered a pair of curb ramps for use at home: the first delivery got lost during the Royal Mail and Parcelforce transfer. I called the store and spoke to a friendly guy who promised to ring back – and he did shortly after. Not knowing where the original items were, he arranged a replacement set – no fuss, no delay, just solid service. When the first set showed up, I was told simply to refuse the delivery so it could go back. I found the patient, polite customer support to be very good. Also, the ramps themselves are sturdy and practical! Heavy rubber material, bright yellow markings, and optional fixings to secure them if required. I would happily order from The Ramp People again if I needed more ramps.
