    The "Estimated Delivery Date" was 4/2/2026, but as of today (2 days before), order is still waiting. Called and was informed it will not get here until 2 weeks later. But I could pay 200% of the price to have it expedited. Do not trust this site. I was unable to cancel the order. There are much better options and chose those over Imprint!

    I find the website confusing. This most recent refill after the addition of another third-party was extremely difficult and took me two days to straighten out!

    They signed me up for a secondary subscription without proper notification. To cancel the secondary subscription, you have to go to a different page then canceling the primary subscription. I messaged them one day after being charged and they refused to refund. Of course they charge for 4 months at once which is $86. Pretty ridiculous.

    Wasn't planning to commit when I signed up but the trial gave me enough to work with that converting felt like the obvious next step. Store was already set up, catalog was ready, and my manager explained how commissions work without overcomplicating it. Hasn't demanded much time or attention since and the results have been steady.

    You won't believe how my dog reacted to Badlands Ranch dog food! I gave him a piece to sniff, just to test it out, and he devoured it right away, like it was a treat. That's unheard of for him. I filled his bowl, and he polished it off in no time, even licking his lips afterwards like he'd just had a gourmet meal. It's a relief finally knowing exactly what's going into his food. All these years, I was clueless about the ingredients in his old food, but now I feel great about feeding him something so good. It’s like he’s thanking me with every wag of his tail!

    I used to love sending my books to World of Books, but lately, it’s been quite a letdown. Recently, I sent two boxes, and both times I was shortchanged. First, they claimed a book was missing, which wasn’t true since I double-checked everything. Then, they said another book had soiled pages, but it was a rare US edition in perfect shape. I could’ve sold it myself for a good price! When I reached out, I got a generic response, insisting I was wrong. It’s disappointing because I really liked the idea of recycling books. I waited to see if they'd resolve it, but no luck. Sadly, I won’t be using them anymore.
