    Never done anything like this before so the learning curve was real. What made the difference was having a manager who actually checked in rather than waiting for me to reach out. Store was configured when I logged in for the first time and the catalog was ready to go. Took about a week to fully understand the commission side but nothing that felt impossible to figure out.

    Ordered tickets from Rail Ninja. They charged my credit card and never provided me with any tickets. I waited for months after my card was charged and still no tickets. They will not issue me a full refund. I booked the tickets directly from the train company which I received in minutes. The price was also 50% less even with an upgraded seat. Avoid Rail Ninja!!!

    Each message you get is 100% a.i. generated, .ost Chinese girls cannot possibly send messages with perfect English and no abbreviations. I called on girl.out, " you sound like a.i.", her response was another over the top message explaining how shes6not a.i. BEWARE!

    The "Estimated Delivery Date" was 4/2/2026, but as of today (2 days before), order is still waiting. Called and was informed it will not get here until 2 weeks later. But I could pay 200% of the price to have it expedited. Do not trust this site. I was unable to cancel the order. There are much better options and chose those over Imprint!

    Do NOT use this company! My order was almost 45 days LATE and they kept saying, cancel your order, we'll give you a better deal!! Well lo and behold, my order FINALLY arrives and the box is completely warped and falling apart (shows they didn't care). Tried the magnets...failed SPECTACTURALLY!! They will not fit/work with US Based Phone Cases (you'll have to buy it from Statik to work, which is based in China), they are weak as piss and their customer service blows!! When I was wanting a refund, they kept giving me the run around and I had to demand my refund 3 TIMES and they wanted photos/videos of what the problem was. It is hard to take a photo of the issue since I cannot do it if I am using it on my phone and they tried to give me advice like "push the magnet in harder", like was a retard and instead of just agreeing to my Refund, they offered me store credit!! If I had known how piss poor this company is, I would not have ordered from them.

    I find the website confusing. This most recent refill after the addition of another third-party was extremely difficult and took me two days to straighten out!

    They signed me up for a secondary subscription without proper notification. To cancel the secondary subscription, you have to go to a different page then canceling the primary subscription. I messaged them one day after being charged and they refused to refund. Of course they charge for 4 months at once which is $86. Pretty ridiculous.
