Pretty good for bodyweight stuff. Some exercises are a bit hard to understand from the video angle but you get the hang of it. Would love more options. The guidance is practical.

She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Five star for support, reduced one star as this issue should have occurred in the first place .
