So, the estimated arrival count down is not based on any actual facts... it's just for fun... except after 2.5 hours of waiting and seeing the timer reach -38 mins before it finally just quit showing any display, it was no longer a fun feature. So, after all of it, I requested a refund (since that is a feature on their website). I explained these details and hit submit. A week later, after hearing no reply, I went back to see if there was a way to check the progress. I found "REJECTED" in red letters, but no explanation, and no notification of this decision... The tow truck driver who actually arrived was nice. I will go leave a positive review for him. I wish I had called him directly to begin with... Ah well, live and learn. Short story, save the hassle of a middle man, don't pay double just to have someone else make calls for you. Google will give you a list of tow places nearby.
