I tried using the new customer coupon code on your app, but it just wouldn’t work. Funny thing is, it worked perfectly fine on your website. Bit frustrating, really, because I was pretty excited about the free gift offered exclusively through the app. Felt like I got tricked into downloading it without even getting the reward. It’s like dangling a carrot and then snatching it away at the last second. Not sure why there’s a difference between the app and website, but it left me feeling a bit disappointed. Would be great if you could sort this out, so other customers don’t face the same issue.

I booked a getaway to Port Aransas, TX, and let me tell ya, working with Vacasa was a breeze. They kept in touch the whole time, from booking to the end of our stay. We stayed at this place called The Sandcastle, and it was just fantastic. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedding and towels felt like a dream, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. It really made our stay comfortable. The experience was so good, I’m already thinking about my next trip and using Vacasa again for sure.
