On Fresha, a business can mark any customer as a "no-show," and that customer can no longer leave a review. Fresha support won't change the status and sends you back to the business. So unhappy customers can be silenced, and only positive reviews get through. I wouldn't trust Fresha ratings

I never received my Christmas ornament order and customer service is computer generated and does absolutely nothing. The tracking number completely disappears the day it supposedly arrives. Do not waste your money!

I have tried to return the shoes I ordered because they do not fit. They have not given me information to return them. Instead they want to send me another pair if I pay shipping. I explained I do not want another pair, I just want to return the order I received. No answer.
