I received my smile crossover bag after a long wait. It was bent out of shape and the stitching was not sewn straight. I contacted customer service. I’m convinced it’s AI. Expected me to return it at my own expense to USA The actual bag was shipped from china. I think it’s a scam company. Not even sure they’re a legit charity. Beware !

I placed an order for two bras in February. After waiting approximately three months and receiving nothing but excuse after excuse as to why my order hadn't been shipped, I finally cancelled my order on 25 May and requested a full refund. My cancellation was acknowledged and processed immediately. Despite this, I have still not received my refund. I have made multiple attempts to follow up and recover the money they took from me, but as of today I am still out of pocket. To make matters worse, they have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service has been appalling, with repeated delays, broken promises, and now complete silence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from HeyShape. I never received the products I paid for, and months later I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
