My subscription ended and they took all of the credits I paid for - no refund to me, no opportunity to use them up. I communicated with their customer service and was basically told this is just now not is. I filed a complaint with BBB and encourage others to as well.

I READ THAT i SHOULD BE RECEIVING AN ANSWER WITHING 2 TO 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE I SENT MY MESSAGE. UNFORTUNATELY, TO DATE, AUGUST 9, 2026, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM WIN RED. I THINK WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FOR TWO MONTHS IS LONG ENOUGH, WHAT CAN I DO TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM WIN RED? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOYLD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU, PAULA WEIL
