I put my order in on January 4th. I haven’t received it and when I asked questions on their site I was ignored. A lot of other questions were answered.

I entered a one week trial and immediately wrote to them that I did not want to continue the monthly plan thereafter. As per instruction on their website, wrote three times to their service email and never heard back. Then promptly they charged me a monthly fee, now I have to fight with them and get my credit card to cancel their charge. This is not serious behaviour !

I have not received any answer to my cancellation request despite contacting them multiple times. I did not knowingly consent to a recurring payment, the sign up flow was misleading and did not clearly disclose I d be entering into a subscription agreement. This is an incredibly deceiving practice and it reflects badly on their teachers too.

The chair yoga program transformed the way I understand movement. It relaxes my body, dissolves long-held tightness and helps me start stiff mornings gently. My back feels better supported, my mobility keeps improving, and for the first time exercise feels approachable, inviting and free of pressure.

Total disaster. Service was fine but then they set up an auto subscription on your credit card. 3 unauthorised payments later we have had to resort to cancelling our credit card. The payments continued on the newly issued card! It’s been a nightmare that’s taken up hours of time to sort. Never again.

This company signs you up for an expensive subscription that I did not request and does not respond to any of my emails!
