I had a few questions, so I used their chat feature. The rep asked for my personal info, which I didn’t want to share just yet. They directed me to Tyler, the Marketing Manager, and provided a phone number. The next day, while I was working, Tyler called me, speaking quite loudly. I reminded him that I preferred not to be contacted by phone, but he dismissively said, “Well, you got called anyway.” As I tried to express my interest, he kept interrupting, pushing for a signup. Frustrated, I told him I wasn’t interested anymore. His parting words were a sarcastic “Well, good LUCK, trying…” and I hung up. Rude behavior is a deal-breaker for me.
