    Rip off merchants. Tried to charge me £1000 for a replacement motor for my garage door. The motor quoted can be found online for £250 so they essentially want £750 to install dont bother

    Started with the free trial to test things out. The 14-day window was enough to figure out if it fit my workflow. What I liked most was not having to deal with fulfillment at all - that whole side of things just runs on its own. Products ship from a US warehouse so delivery times are reasonable, customers seem happy. The learning resources in the dashboard are actually useful, not just filler content. On the downside, if you're trying to sell outside the US, this probably isn't the right fit.

    I bought an induction hob from London Appliances and paid for installation, but their engineer damaged my oven while carrying out the work and then left without resolving the problem. That is completely unacceptable. Customers pay for a professional installation service, not for damage to be caused and then ignored. Very poor experience.
