The video stated that this product was easy to spray, not true and it did not relieve the itching. I did not know this was a subscription and received an email that they were mailing more to me. I sent an email stating do not send it. Well they did and charged me. I just got off of the phone with customer service and they stated that I have to pay to send the bottles back which were 88.00 and than they will refund. I said no and please send me a prepaid slip. The next offer was that they would give me back 50% of my money. So, therefore I got no where with them and have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not believe the videos you see on facebook on this product. Horrible company to deal with.

The so-called Jacksonville FL office is operated out of a personal residence. After 2 weeks, 48 emails, numerous texts I cancelled. I cancelled because of consistently being given the run away from ****. The company in FL under the manager **** (yeah right) CAN NOT be trusted. I’m waiting on my 100% refund in what they emailed would be 5,6 7 working days well we will see.
