I wasn’t expecting to get hit with such steep costs. After just a week, I had to call it quits. Some credit cards don't work over the phone, which wasn’t a problem with the old Fiserv machines. Now, I’m stuck using a gateway because the Clover machine won’t accept certain payments. Clover never apologizes; they just act like I’m clueless. Received this machine last November, and it's the worst I've ever dealt with. Do better, Clover and Fiserv!

I reminded him that I preferred not to be contacted by phone, but he dismissively said, “Well, you got called anyway.” As I tried to express my interest, he kept interrupting, pushing for a signup. Frustrated, I told him I wasn’t interested anymore. His parting words were a sarcastic “Well, good LUCK, trying…” and I hung up. Rude behavior is a deal-breaker for me.
