    OneMiners made the mining setup easier than I expected. I did not want to deal with heat, noise, or wiring at home, so hosting was the better choice for me. The dashboard is simple enough is simple enough to follow, and support helped explain the parts I did not understand at first.

    Unacceptable. They do not respect the order. My order number is ****. My order was placed on a Canadian website in my country. They charge shipping fee when the order was placed, I accepted it. But when they delivery, you realize you have to pay an extra 20% in customs duty. On top of that : over the shipping fee. That fee was not mentioned during the order. Nonresponsive to emails after sending 4 of them. If I had been aware of these charges, I would not have ordered from ****.

    Don't believe anything on their website. I tried to leave a review there and it won't let me. The price was very high for absolute junk. The product wasn't anything like advertised. They won't provide a refund. Buyer beware.

    I’ve been dealing with this monitor for a while now, and it’s just a headache. Every year, like clockwork, it starts acting up and gives these super high readings. And getting it back to normal? Forget it. It's like they’re more interested in selling you more stuff than actually fixing the problem. Reaching out for help is another story. Their customer service is practically non-existent; you’re stuck with some AI chat that only knows how to say "reset." It’s frustrating when all you want is a solution, not a sales pitch. I just wish they’d focus on improving their product and actually being there for their customers.
