First the good: The course of Mana Movement was excellent. Only 2 sessions. I bought directly. Then somehow I realised that automatically I was subscribed to a full abonnment paying monthly 89 Dollars. When trying to cancel it - no one answererd my mails and also when I tried to cancel it online - "something went wrong". Quit the most expensive yearly training plan ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1.000 Dollar a year???????????????????????????? Then the best at the end - when I want to unsubscribe again and again the monthly fee gets down to 9 dollar a month!!!!!!!!!!! This is madness. Still in process... NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL!!!

This is wild. I ordered an $80 order over a month ago. I ordered at checkout with my Shope account so that it would also have tracking. I have yet to receive a tracking number and on the shope app it shows my order but that it has NOT even shipped and still in the “preparing” stage? This is wild. I have contacted 3 times through the only way I have found with not a single response beside the automated message immediately that states they will be in contact within 24 hrs! Really! I guess my time and their time is different. I also emailed without a response! I will be disputing my purchase with my bank. I have all the documentation and proof that it has still not been prepared because of shope but that apparently doesn’t help of the company doesn’t exist to contact about your orders. Way to go SheCurve for being the worst “official” company I have ever ordered from! I hope maybe I finally get a response for posting this? Order number 1378708 maybe that helps … crazy

I'm a college student and ALEKS is genuinely the worst thing I have ever had the misfortune of paying money to use. If it was not a requirement for the class to pay for this website, I would have rather paid to have both my legs slowly burned off with a hot spoon until I was a double amputee. I think I am speaking for every poor unfortunate soul who has ever used this god forsaken site when I say that taking away a whole progress bar for making a minor mistake has made a one-hour assignment into 3 hours and has made making out with a grizzly bear seem like a more bearable punishment than logging into what I can only assume is a site that the FBI uses to torture war criminals.
