    Information that you need such is not passed along very well. Things like lab testing are not included in the $100 a month, and they are very expensive, and you need them through the year. They tell you that you can use insurance, but then its not as expected. I will say that I do not regret this at all, and feel better daily.

    Originally reached out to customer service, took them three days to get back to me then they told me it was too later to fix the problem! Paid for expedited delivery, items arrived late and in separate packages. There are much better companies with more better customer service, product quality and support!

    I want to thank this site from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to fall in love again and feel like a young man in love. I registered a year ago and accidentally found the site through an ad. Of course, at first I had my doubts and couldn't even imagine how it was possible to fall in love with someone online. After a while, I met a wonderful girl. She, like me, had been single for a long time and was looking for love. We talked a lot, getting to know each other. A month later, we met, and I realized that I can no longer imagine my life without this wonderful woman who gives me love and happiness every day.

    I got locked out of my account after losing my 2FA. I couldn't find the backup anywhere and had no way to log in. I contacted support, and they opened a ticket and even called me directly to verify it was my account. They requested my ID, email, phone number and full name. After confirming everything, they reset the 2FA and I couldn't finally see my dashboard again. It was a bit stressful, but they were helpful through the whole process.

    ordered product on 28th October. STILL hasn't arrived, tracking only seems to be updated after I send them a message. replies are proforma responses basically saying don't worry it will arrive. currently no faith that it EVER will. 😤😤😤

    I ordered two dresses from LikeMyChoice, spending over AU$152, and both items arrived completely different from the advertised fit and proportions. The quality and sizing were nothing like the photos — one dress was extremely long and unwearable, the other didn’t fit the advertised shape at all. When I contacted customer service to request a return (as instructed by their own website), they refused to provide a return address and kept repeating a generic “policy” that doesn’t actually exist on their website. Instead of helping, they offered me a ridiculous AU$12 “partial refund” for two dresses worth over $150. Their responses were repetitive, dismissive, and clearly intended to avoid processing a real refund. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down so I would give up. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank/PayPal and the ACCC because they refuse to provide a fair or legal resolution. Save your money and avoid the stress — do NOT order from LikeMyChoice. The photos on the website are misleading, the return policy is not honoured, and the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
