Júli 28-án ismét rendeltem 2 szemüveget egy naoszemüveg egy sima. 2 het után kérdeztem meg hogy mivan a szemüvegekkel mert fizettem a gyorsabb szállításér de nem kaptam meg nem értették a leletem azt mondták az nem eredeti orvosi lelet megkértem őket csinálják meg úgy mint a régit azok az adatok alapján. Maj napon aug. 17-én sikerült ideérnie egyikkel sem látok már a kulában van . Senkinek nem ajánlom az oldalt annyi szakértelmük nincs hogy az orvosi leletem alapján tudják mit csináljanak és még az alapján sem tudjaak rendesen legyártani amit mar egyszer megcsináltak

Terrible experience with Stylevana. My £120+ order from August still hasn't arrived after three weeks, and there's no tracking information. I was told it would ship in a few days, but that wasn't the case. ​Their customer support has been unhelpful and hasn't addressed my concerns, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The delay even caused me to miss my sister's birthday, as part of the order was her gift. ​The lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable. I regret ordering from them and want to warn others to avoid Stylevana. No sign of a refund despite 3 requests, and the order still hasnt even been packed and it's been 25 days now. Order from somewhere else😡

The website seems easy to navigate, but even when booking a domestic cruise it leaves you at a point where you are required to enter your passport information. Which is all good if the person has a passport. After calling the customer service line and being told we could just enter our normal Drivers License info as our ID it simply doesn't work in the passport fields. Finally we gave up and called Royal Caribbean direct to create a whole new booking. This company is too lazy it seems to create conditional fields within their code to pick up that IF a cruise is domestic and potential customers don't have a valid passport, that they could enter a different valid ID in the booking area. After checking the internet, I found several cases identical to mine where customers simply went elsewhere. Well CruiseGuru, you may want to change some things as money is cruising out of your site... This will be reviewed in other places and continue to be updated until the issue is fixed.
