    I had a reservation and

I had a reservation and needed to add checked bags, but ended up getting charged for overweight bags too because their app was confusing. I couldn't see the details in the cart clearly. Tried using their website but it didn't work, so I was stuck using the app. Contacted customer care, who kept saying it was refundable. Later, they confirmed it was a technical glitch but refused to refund me, citing their policy. So frustrating! It feels like they just don't care about customers. Now I'm out extra money for something that wasn't my fault. Definitely not using their service again.

    Flying with this airline was

Flying with this airline was a bit of a mess. The planes felt old and we had a huge delay. Baggage fees? Ridiculously high. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it’s like they didn’t care at all. But hey, I did arrive at my destination safely with my luggage, so there's that. Though, with all the extra costs, it's definitely not budget-friendly. If you're just traveling light with a backpack or handbag, it might be okay, but I won't be using them again.

    You won't believe what happened

You won't believe what happened to me last May. I was on a Frontier flight from DFW to LAX, and we just sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, no updates or anything. Finally, they said the flight was overbooked and wouldn't take off until sorted. I decided to give up my seat, but only if I got a full refund. Nine months later, still nothing. I've been back and forth with my bank and Frontier, but no luck. It's been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend flying with Frontier; they don't seem to care about their customers at all.

    I can't believe how terrible

I can't believe how terrible my recent experience was with this airline. Tried to check-in online using my PC and four different browsers, but nothing worked! Pages kept glitching and said my documents needed verifying, but the button to do so wasn't even a link. My profile had all the necessary info, yet I couldn't get past this step. Finally switched to their Android app, which got me to the check-in screen. Only then did it inform me that I needed a visa, 48 hours in advance! I was less than 24 hours from my flight. Absolute nightmare. And forget about talking to a human unless you're elite status or flying within 24 hours. Worst online airline experience ever!

Not a great experience at all.

Back in February, I was on a Frontier flight to Florida, and this crazy thing happened. Mid-flight, some woman suddenly gets up and heads straight for the cockpit, insisting we divert to North Carolina. What really shocked me was how the flight attendants just stood there, doing absolutely nothing. They didn't try to calm her down or inform the pilot. It was like they were in a daze. Luckily, a former cop on the plane stepped in and handled the situation. Honestly, I couldn't believe how unresponsive and unprofessional the staff was. It made me question their training and readiness for emergencies. Not a great experience at all.

    I had a nightmare trying

I had a nightmare trying to check in for my flight from Miami to Philly. Got to the airport 2 hours early, but the check-in agent told me to use the app and refused to help in person. The WiFi was terrible near the desk, so I couldn’t even connect to check in. The staff were super unhelpful and basically shrugged it off. Ended up missing my flight and had to scramble to book with another airline. Totally ruined my friend’s birthday plans since I got to Philly 12 hours late. It was beyond frustrating. Definitely avoiding this airline in the future.

    We had a terrible experience

We had a terrible experience in Cancun. My family and I, including our three kids, were refused boarding. They claimed to have called our names multiple times, but we never heard anything. When we tried to sort it out the next day, they slapped us with a $1500 penalty fee. It was incredibly frustrating. The guy in charge, Fernando, was extremely rude and unhelpful. This whole ordeal has left such a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be using this airline again. I just want to warn other families to be cautious when traveling with them.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with this airline. They didn't bother to inform us about the huge delays. We were stuck for 4 hours and then another 2 hours on the plane before they canceled the flight at midnight. Trying to find another flight at that hour was impossible, which made me miss a crucial event in my life. Adding insult to injury, I lost $3,000 on hotel and rental car bookings. The way they treat passengers is just unacceptable. It's like they don't care about the people at all. This airline should just go out of business. Absolutely horrible.

    I checked my backpack's size

I checked my backpack's size against the airline's guidelines before my trip, thinking it would be fine as a personal item. But when boarding, they hit me with a $99 fee, saying it was too big. The backpack was just a regular one and easily fit under the seat. The staff weren't nice about it either, super rude actually. This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t choose this airline again. If you’re flying with them, bring a much smaller bag than they suggest, or you'll probably get charged extra. Really disappointed.

    I was flying with Frontier

I was flying with Frontier and had a small, softside duffle that I knew would fit under the seat. When I got to the gate, they made me pay extra for it, even though it was within their guidelines. The gate agent said I could request a refund later. Onboard, I put my bag under the seat and took a picture to show it fit perfectly. Tried to request a refund online, but there was no submit button. Called customer service and ended up in a text chat, only to be told to contact the airport. They refused to refund me, even though I followed their instructions. They offered a one-time voucher, but it's worth less than what I paid. Very frustrating experience. Left complaints with Frontier and BBB. Definitely won't fly with them again.

    Flying back to LAX from

Flying back to LAX from Georgia was a nightmare. I had a carry-on and two checked bags, having paid for the extra bag online. At the airport, the staff insisted my carry-on wasn't allowed, even though I'd paid for it. The lady at the counter was acting really suspicious, especially with how she eyed my Tumi carry-on. I tried to transfer some stuff, but she hurriedly checked in my lighter bag, leaving the heavier one behind, making it impossible to transfer my things. It felt like she knew exactly what she was doing. My Chanel bag worth $5,100 was in that carry-on, and I had no choice but to check it in. The whole experience was shady and frustrating. I wouldn't trust this airline again. They seem to know too much about valuable items and how to make them "disappear.

    Flying with Frontier was such

Flying with Frontier was such a hassle. I went from Colorado to Arkansas just fine, but coming back, they suddenly decided my personal item wasn’t small enough and charged me an extra $99. The seats are not worth the money either, super uncomfortable. And then there’s the staff—always someone rude when you’re checking in or scanning your boarding pass. It’s like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. Honestly, for the amount you end up paying with all the hidden fees, you’d expect at least a bit of comfort and decent service. Will definitely think twice before booking with them again.

    I tried canceling my Frontier

I tried canceling my Frontier membership, but boy, was it a hassle. Their website and app don't have any clear cancel button. Turns out, you have to go through live chat with an agent, which they don't even mention anywhere. Felt like they were making it as hard as possible to leave. With how much money they made last year, you'd think they could afford a straightforward cancel option. It's shady and frustrating, especially for a company raking in billions. Makes you wonder if they care more about their bottom line than their customers.

    I had a pretty rough

I had a pretty rough experience with Frontier recently. Their kiosk was down, so I couldn't use it to pay the lower baggage fee. The agent at the baggage area informed me that I had literally one minute to complete the online payment for the reduced charge. I tried, but the time limit was just too short. In the end, I had to use the agent's service and got hit with double the fee. Given that their kiosk was out of order and the online option was impossible within such a short time, they should have waived the extra charge for using the agent. Not cool at all.

    I've been flying for over

I've been flying for over 40 years and never had an experience like I did at the Punta Cana Airport. My connected flight had no buffer for delays, so when I arrived a bit late, I was stuck. The agent told me they close the counter an hour before the flight, no exceptions. With customs and passport control, making it in time was impossible. If this is how they handle things, I really think you should look for a different airline. They just don't seem to care about their passengers at all. Avoid if you can.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines. My mother-in-law was rushed to the emergency room just before we were supposed to fly out. Since my husband holds power of attorney for her health, we had to cancel our trip. I called Frontier immediately and provided them with the POA. Instead of being understanding, they demanded a specific document from the doctor stating my husband needed to care for his mom for the next 90 days. Seriously? Asking for that when doctors are busy saving lives is just ridiculous. The POA already showed he could make healthcare decisions. Frontier's demands were completely unreasonable and added stress to an already tough situation. Never flying with them again.

Just had a terrible experience with this airline. My wife and mom were at the gate with our two kids, and this lady, Areesha, was so rude to them. It felt like she was trying to charge extra fees just to pocket the cash. The whole situation was handled so poorly, and it was clear they didn’t care about customer service at all. I checked the flight status

I checked the flight status earlier in the day and saw tons of seats available. I showed up later and found out at the gate that my flight was canceled. No notification, nothing. The lady at the gate was super rude, saying it was due to weather from the flight's origin. But when I looked it up online, it said “Operational Issues”. Clearly, they didn't have enough passengers and just canceled it, calling it "uncontrollable" to avoid compensating us. Went to the service desk outside security, and the Frontier guy there said the next flight was in two days! No compensation, no vouchers, just a refund. He even warned me that there was a 50/50 chance that flight might get canceled too. He was honest, said he worked nights for Frontier and didn’t want to give false hopes. This seems like a regular thing for them, canceling flights with low passengers and calling it "uncontrollable". Total scam! Avoid this airline at all costs. Spend a bit more with a reliable one, it’s not worth the hassle.

Flying with this airline was a nightmare. You think Spirit is bad? This was worse. I was shocked when they hit me with an extra $100 fee just to bring a carry-on. Seriously? And don't get me started on their 'personal item' policy. Their size limits are a joke, nothing like what you’d expect. It felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me at every turn. I took a flight from

I took a flight from Sacramento to Phoenix with an 18-hour layover in Las Vegas. The first leg was fine. The next morning, I was at the gate waiting for my 9:30am flight. After an hour, I noticed it was 9:20am and still no boarding calls. I checked my email and saw there was a gate change! I rushed to the new gate, had to take a train, but missed the flight by minutes. The gate agents said I'd need to buy a new ticket, which I couldn't afford. Tried to talk to a supervisor, but they were all in a meeting. Called customer service, and the agent was unhelpful and rude, even denying there was a gate change. He hung up on me. Now, I'm stuck at the Vegas airport, waiting for hours for a manager. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Worst airline experience ever. Never flying Frontier again.

Booked a round-trip ticket with Frontier and paid for a checked bag. Got to the airport early, but they claimed I hadn’t paid for the bag. Showed them my receipt, then they said my bag was overweight by 2 pounds. Took out a bunch of stuff, still "overweight." Did it again, same story. Asked for a supervisor, they said none available. They even lied about the flight time, saying it was moved up, but it was actually delayed by two hours. Missed my mom’s funeral because of this mess. Paid for the bag three times in total. No help at the return airport either, and they confirmed I was overcharged. Contacted customer service and USDOT, but no resolution. Frontier's responses were arrogant and condescending. They even tried to give me "Frontier miles" as compensation. Never flying with them again. Walk if you have to, just avoid Frontier.

Had a terrible experience with this airline, twice in one week! Their customer service is just awful, couldn't speak to anyone directly. Their chat agents? Useless, couldn't even connect properly. They overbook flights and then bump people off without any warning, even if you've checked in. I tried checking in for

I tried checking in for my flight on 10/30/24 for a 10/31/24 departure, but the app refused to work. Couldn't even reach customer care via phone. The website just kept pushing me to use the app. Finally, got someone on chat and explained my issue. The app kept asking me to buy seats even though I already had them paid for. The rep insisted I needed to buy seats to check-in. After 20 minutes of back and forth, I gave in, or I would’ve missed my flight. I even had proof of my seat purchase for $68. During my layover in Dallas, the app didn’t update my connecting flight time change. Frontier used to be reliable, but now it’s impossible to get help unless you’re an Elite Flyer. This treatment isn’t fair, especially since we pay good money to fly.

    I had a rough trip

I had a rough trip with Frontier recently. My flight from San Diego to Tampa had a layover in Denver. Things went south when we landed in Denver; the departure process was chaotic, and we had to deplane onto the tarmac, which made us late for the connecting flight. That flight was 30 gates away, and we missed it. Next flight was in 10 hours! They gave us a $25 food voucher for the trouble, but I had already paid $138 for my luggage. Ended up booking another flight with a different airline to get home, costing even more money. After a 15-hour travel day through 4 airports, I filed a complaint, and customer service just sent me a copy-paste response. Worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier if you can.

Flying with Frontier was pretty smooth for my first time. The boarding process was quick and well-organized. The flight itself went without a hitch, no unexpected turbulence or anything. The stewardesses were super friendly and made the trip even more pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind flying with them again.

So, I booked a flight thinking it would be smooth, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The staff at the front were just plain rude and unhelpful. I mean, I’ve flown with budget airlines before and had way better experiences. The only saving grace was this male attendant on the plane who was actually nice. But honestly, dealing with the ladies at the check-in desk left such a bad taste in my mouth. And I wasn’t the only one feeling this way – a few of us on the plane were chatting about how awful the service was. They should really send out surveys to see how many of us were disappointed.

Booked three round-trip tickets from Phoenix to Houston for my son, grandson, and daughter-in-law, expecting a smooth, nonstop journey. Then, out of nowhere, an email arrives saying the flights have been changed. Now, they’ve got layovers over 4 hours long—originally it was 8 hours! Had to argue to get that down. Also, baggage fees were insane, $169 for one bag just slightly over 50 lbs. And then they tried to charge an extra $52 just so the kids could sit together. Frontier’s customer service was a nightmare. Never flying with them again, that's for sure.
