    Trying to get home for

Trying to get home for the anniversary of my Godmother's passing was a nightmare thanks to this airline. My flight from Vegas to Orlando got delayed, making me miss my connection to Ohio. The next flight wasn't until the next day at 3 PM. The flight attendants seemed more interested in selling their credit card than helping passengers. I stood in line for an hour just to talk to someone because so many others missed their flights too. Offering me a hotel for the night didn’t fix anything. They didn’t have any Ohio flights, so I had to get a flight back to Vegas at 7:35 PM. I ended up spending the entire day in an unfamiliar city alone. The staff was rude and nonchalant, even calling security on frustrated passengers. To top it off, they gave me a middle seat, and I'm 6'1" and 280 lbs. This was the worst flying experience ever. Never again with this airline.

    Booked a Premium seat and

Booked a Premium seat and paid extra for it. Imagine my surprise when I got to the airport and discovered I had been moved to a regular seat. No heads-up, no email, nothing. I called customer service, and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. No explanation, no refund for the premium fee. It's like they just wanted to keep my money and sell the same upgrade to someone else. Honestly, it felt like a scam. I expected better service, especially after paying for an upgrade. Really disappointing experience, and it makes me question ever booking with them again.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with this airline. First, my flight got delayed by 4.5 hours and they didn't even give a proper reason why. Then, they finally made us board the plane, only for us to sit there for another hour before announcing another 3-hour delay. So basically, I was stuck waiting for 8.5 hours. No other flights were available, meaning we had no choice but to wait if we wanted to get to our destination. As compensation, they gave us a measly $15 food voucher. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid booking with them.

I tried booking a service, and it was honestly a mess. The process to get the code was long, and when I finally got it, it didn’t even work in the app. Super frustrating! Then, they wanted me to pay an extra $35 just to have someone else book it for me. Like, seriously? It shouldn’t be this complicated. I just want to use what I paid for without all these extra steps and costs.

    Really bad experience

I had a really bad experience flying with this company. First, our flight was delayed by 4 hours. When we finally landed in Dallas, there was no one there to help us. They even asked us to pay to change our flight to Los Angeles, even though we were supposed to go to San Diego. The customer service was awful. It felt like they didn't care about helping us at all.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines and need to warn others. I booked a flight from Dallas to Minneapolis for just $148, thinking I was getting a good deal. But the nightmare started at the airport. First, their app wouldn’t let me check in. Then, when I got to the gate early, they told me to wait until everyone else boarded. Suddenly, they said my seat was given away! They were rude and dismissive and I was left stranded, forced to pay $528 for another last-minute flight and $70 for a taxi to another airport. I also discovered they charge ridiculous fees for carry-on bags, which they don't clearly show during booking. A student next to me had to pay $91 for her carry-on, which was more than her flight! It felt like a scam, pure and simple. They overbooked and sold our seats to make more money, leaving several of us helpless. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Frontier Airlines. This isn’t just bad service—it’s exploitation. Avoid at all costs.

    I was pretty skeptical about

I was pretty skeptical about flying with Frontier, hearing all those stories from friends. They charge for everything – even a tiny bit over the baggage weight limit costs you, and you can't check bags more than 3 hours before the flight. Plus, the seats are super uncomfortable. On my 4-hour flight, I didn’t even get a glass of water. But surprisingly, my experience wasn’t that bad. The flight was on time, my bags arrived safely, and the crew was friendly. So, despite all the extra charges and discomfort, I pretty much got what I paid for. Not great, but not a disaster either.

Flying with this airline was a nightmare. I had three kids with me, one with special needs, and we were just five minutes late for check-in. They refused to let my niece board. It’s outrageous – an $800 ticket gone just like that. I’m a single working mom, and this felt like daylight robbery. To make matters worse, my own flight was delayed by four hours due to some maintenance check. That delay canceled my connecting flight for a quick trip to Florida for a birthday dinner. Poof, $350 vanished, plus the car rental costs. All they offered was a lousy apology, no rescheduling, nothing. This should be illegal! And they didn't even take off for another 50 minutes. Total mess.

    I've only been with this

I've only been with this internet provider for three weeks and it's been a nightmare. The speeds I'm getting are nowhere near what was promised – it takes forever to load simple websites. Tried to get help through their online chat, but they couldn't figure it out and set up a technician visit. I rearranged my whole day for it, but no one showed. When I called, they said the appointment was canceled because I didn’t respond. Respond to what? I never got any message. The customer service rep I talked to was hard to understand, and they said I need a premium membership to talk to someone in the US. Seriously? Plus, the installation was rushed and they didn’t explain anything, so I’m clueless when I need help. Switching to AT&T as soon as possible.

I booked a trip from Houston to Vegas with Frontier. Timing was perfect for us, not even about the price. Then, they had this True Love promo, so we canceled and rebooked to get the extra suitcase and better seats. Everything seemed fine. But then they changed the flight time from 5 PM to 6 AM and added a stopover in Denver, which doubled the travel time. When I tried to cancel because they changed it, all I could get was travel credit. I paid with my credit card and now we’re stuck with a credit we can’t use since we live in Europe. Frontier is all about the money, and it’s just the worst. Avoid them if you can.

    I should have checked this

I should have checked this place out before booking. They totally trick you when you're buying tickets. The process is super confusing, starting at $80 but then somehow ends up being $400. It's honestly shameful that an American company, licensed by the FAA, would scam people like this. Makes you wonder if they're cutting corners on their plane maintenance too. It's really disappointing and frustrating. Don't fall for it like I did! Take your time and read everything carefully if you decide to use them. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

I got a Barclays credit card, but never actually used it. Suddenly, they hit me with an $89 membership fee. I was a bit late paying it, so I called them up. They apologized and agreed to cancel the card and the fee. I was ready to pay, but they said it was fine. Next thing I know, my FICO score drops by 100 points because they filed a negative credit report! I called to complain, but they wouldn’t fix it. This company is seriously shady and unfair. I’m done with Barclays for good.

    Worst travel experience ever.

Traveling with my family from Orlando to the Dominican Republic on Frontier was a real mess. I had booked the Frontier Business bundle and got seats upfront for my disabled mother-in-law. But at the gate, things went downhill fast. Our e-Ticket session expired, and once we sorted it out, the gate agent ripped up our boarding passes without any explanation. We got new seats far apart in the back, which was a disaster for my mother-in-law who’s an amputee. One airport worker got mad when I said my mother-in-law couldn’t walk to the back. Another worker finally brought a chair to help, but then they wanted her to sit alone at the front. We fought to stay together. The whole ordeal was draining and showed zero respect for disabled passengers. Worst travel experience ever.

Flying through Orlando airport with Frontier was a nightmare. I tried checking in online but couldn't get my boarding pass anywhere on the website. My dad even tried, and we found nothing. I hoped it would be emailed, but nope. When I dropped off my bags, they charged me $25 per person just to print our boarding passes. Ridiculous! At the gate, after already paying a ton for checked bags, they stopped me and demanded another $99 for my backpack, which fit under the seat but apparently not in their tiny measuring frame. Clearly, they're just out to squeeze more money from people. Their policies are absurd and unfair. I met other passengers who got free carry-on allowances, which made it even worse. Never flying Frontier again.

    Let me tell you about

Let me tell you about my experience with this airline. We booked our flights three months ahead, all set for a great trip. Then, out of nowhere, we get an email saying our flight's delayed just under three hours. Seriously? They found a loophole with the new law about reimbursing for delays over three hours. This change totally messed up our travel plans. Asked for a refund since the trip was planned so far in advance, but they only offered a credit with an expiration date. What a joke. This sneaky tactic to avoid compensating passengers means I’m never flying with them again. Trying to save money with this airline turned out to be a huge mistake.

    Flying with Frontier Airlines can

Flying with Frontier Airlines can be a real headache, and their so-called "cheap flights" often end up being more expensive than you’d expect. They charge for everything, including carry-on bags, and the fees just keep going up the closer you get to your flight. For example, if you wait until you’re at the gate, you could end up paying $99 just for a carry-on. My daughter had a nightmare experience at DFW Airport. Her flight was leaving from Terminal D, but we had to check her bag at Terminal E. By the time we got to Terminal E, they wouldn’t check her bag because it was less than an hour before her flight. This ended up costing us a fortune—shipping her bag, buying another ticket, and paying $80 for another checked bag. In the end, her round trip was nearly $600, with $240 just for baggage fees. It's a good reminder to think about all the extra costs when picking an airline.

My wife and I were on Flight 181 from Philly to Santo Domingo today, and things got a bit crazy. I fell asleep and couldn’t be woken up for like 20-30 seconds. When I finally woke up, I was just groggy. The flight attendants were super concerned, and a couple of nurses onboard checked on me. I was fine, but the pilot decided we should deboard and not fly for 24 hours. EMTs checked me out at the terminal and said I was okay to fly, but it was too late by then. We missed a surprise 50th birthday party for a Ukrainian refugee we housed, which was really disappointing. Frontier Airlines later said we were "NO-SHOWS" for both flights, even though we were on the plane. After hours on hold, both supervisors Glenn and Veronica refused to give us a refund or voucher. This was really frustrating and felt so unfair.

Flying with Frontier was a nightmare. Our trip to San Juan got off to a terrible start when we found out at the airport that our flight was canceled. The staff offered a flight with a 16-hour layover two days later, but we found a direct flight online for the next day. Even then, they insisted it didn’t exist until we showed it on our phones. No compensation or hotel was offered, so we had to deal with a costly hotel room, Ubers, and a 12-hour wait at the airport. The seats on the plane were incredibly uncomfortable with minimal legroom. To make matters worse, our return flight was delayed by 5 hours because they didn’t have enough staff. Communication was awful, and the airport staff were unhelpful. Never flying Frontier again.

Frontier had this deal where if you booked flights mid-week and mid-day, tickets were cheaper. My sisters and I thought it was a great idea, so we booked from Trenton to West Palm Beach, flying Wednesday to Tuesday (2/12-2/18). We checked in online and got our seats, but I paid extra so we could sit together. Maureen is in her 70s and Kathy is 80 and disabled. Everything was set – rental car, accommodations, and my brother and his family were meeting us. At the airport, we got through security and waited to board. The gate agent said they overbooked and offered $500 for volunteers. We couldn’t give up our seats. When our Zone was called, our boarding passes had an error. The gate agent was rude and yelled at us, making a scene. Security came over, and everyone stared. They said we couldn’t board because they didn’t get enough volunteers. Kathy started crying. Eventually, three people didn’t show, so we got on but couldn’t sit together. Turns out, people who bought tickets that day paid more, so they got our seats. Frontier’s policy is really messed up – highest bidder wins your seat. It’s unfair, especially when you plan your whole trip around those flights.

I recently had the worst experience with this airline. My luggage worth over $6,000 went missing, and they only compensated me with a measly $225. What a nightmare!

Wow, what a nightmare! I get that Frontier Airlines is a budget option, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But never in my life have I been treated so terribly by airline staff. When we were boarding, my wife was asked if she knew we were seated in the exit row. She smiled and said yes, but the male worker literally yelled at her, “This is a yes or no question!” It was crazy. His female colleague then made me measure my carry-on with such a nasty attitude that I felt personally attacked. Needless to say, we’ll never fly Frontier again, and our 50,000 social media followers will hear about this awful experience.

I had a pretty bad experience at the airport. The gate staff were super rude, like, unnecessarily rude. Every stop had a different process and set of rules, which was so confusing. It's like they didn't get the same training or something. Seriously, some basic uniform training would fix a lot of these issues. It felt like I was paying money just to be treated poorly. Honestly, you'd be better off flying with another airline, even Spirit. The only silver lining was the flight crew—they were actually nice and pleasant. But overall, it just wasn't worth the hassle.

    I've flown with Frontier twice

I've flown with Frontier twice now, and it's been a nightmare both times. This last trip from Florida to Denver through Las Vegas was the final straw. They claimed I hadn't paid for round-trip checked luggage, even though I had. Ended up shelling out an extra $180 just for my bags. The seats? Absolute torture. Thin padding, barely any legroom, and they don't even recline. Plus, no charging ports or in-flight entertainment at all. I've been on better flights in developing countries. It's 2025, and somehow Frontier is still this bad. I can't believe they get away with it. Never flying with them again.

I tried using Go Wild Pass, and honestly, it's a joke. I mean, you can't book a flight 24 hours before departure - how ridiculous is that? They only let you choose flights with over 10 hours nonstop if you pay full price. When I called customer service, it was just a nightmare. The reps, based in India, were no help whatsoever, just reading from a script without actually listening to my problem. And don't even get me started on ORD airport. This airline is a disaster. We spent 3 hours just to check-in at Boston. Bought tickets to Santo Domingo with a stop in Orlando and even paid for our dog to fly with us in the cabin. When we got to Orlando, they suddenly said dogs aren't allowed, even though we had paid and it was on our boarding pass. Now we're stranded in Orlando looking for another flight. Booking a ticket with this airline was a nightmare. The website was designed to trick you into adding extra services, like some kind of click bait. I'd heard bad things about them, and boy, were they right. Hidden charges, unfriendly staff, and their baggage policy is a joke. They claim certain dimensions, but their baskets at the gate are smaller. My bag met their listed size requirements, but it still didn’t fit.
