    I checked the flight status

I checked the flight status earlier in the day and saw tons of seats available. I showed up later and found out at the gate that my flight was canceled. No notification, nothing. The lady at the gate was super rude, saying it was due to weather from the flight's origin. But when I looked it up online, it said “Operational Issues”. Clearly, they didn't have enough passengers and just canceled it, calling it "uncontrollable" to avoid compensating us. Went to the service desk outside security, and the Frontier guy there said the next flight was in two days! No compensation, no vouchers, just a refund. He even warned me that there was a 50/50 chance that flight might get canceled too. He was honest, said he worked nights for Frontier and didn’t want to give false hopes. This seems like a regular thing for them, canceling flights with low passengers and calling it "uncontrollable". Total scam! Avoid this airline at all costs. Spend a bit more with a reliable one, it’s not worth the hassle.

    Flying with this airline was

Flying with this airline was a nightmare. You think Spirit is bad? This was worse. I was shocked when they hit me with an extra $100 fee just to bring a carry-on. Seriously? And don't get me started on their 'personal item' policy. Their size limits are a joke, nothing like what you’d expect. It felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me at every turn. It’s frustrating to deal with such hidden fees and inconsistent policies. I’d rather walk than fly with them again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this airline if you can.

    I took a flight from

I took a flight from Sacramento to Phoenix with an 18-hour layover in Las Vegas. The first leg was fine. The next morning, I was at the gate waiting for my 9:30am flight. After an hour, I noticed it was 9:20am and still no boarding calls. I checked my email and saw there was a gate change! I rushed to the new gate, had to take a train, but missed the flight by minutes. The gate agents said I'd need to buy a new ticket, which I couldn't afford. Tried to talk to a supervisor, but they were all in a meeting. Called customer service, and the agent was unhelpful and rude, even denying there was a gate change. He hung up on me. Now, I'm stuck at the Vegas airport, waiting for hours for a manager. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Worst airline experience ever. Never flying Frontier again.

Booked a round-trip ticket with Frontier and paid for a checked bag. Got to the airport early, but they claimed I hadn’t paid for the bag. Showed them my receipt, then they said my bag was overweight by 2 pounds. Took out a bunch of stuff, still "overweight." Did it again, same story. Asked for a supervisor, they said none available. They even lied about the flight time, saying it was moved up, but it was actually delayed by two hours. Missed my mom’s funeral because of this mess. Paid for the bag three times in total. No help at the return airport either, and they confirmed I was overcharged. Contacted customer service and USDOT, but no resolution. Frontier's responses were arrogant and condescending. They even tried to give me "Frontier miles" as compensation. Never flying with them again. Walk if you have to, just avoid Frontier.

Had a terrible experience with this airline, twice in one week! Their customer service is just awful, couldn't speak to anyone directly. Their chat agents? Useless, couldn't even connect properly. They overbook flights and then bump people off without any warning, even if you've checked in. Had my confirmation number (VIE7FNQCC9QC) and still no help from anyone. It's the worst airline I've flown with. Avoid if you can.

    You won't believe the trouble

You won't believe the trouble I've had with this airline. Trying to get in touch with someone is like yelling into the void. No customer service number for regular folks, just the elite. I've emailed, even sent a letter straight to their corporate office, and got nothing back. It's beyond frustrating. Feels like they don't care about their passengers at all. Seriously, avoid flying with them. It's not worth the headache.

    I tried checking in for

I tried checking in for my flight on 10/30/24 for a 10/31/24 departure, but the app refused to work. Couldn't even reach customer care via phone. The website just kept pushing me to use the app. Finally, got someone on chat and explained my issue. The app kept asking me to buy seats even though I already had them paid for. The rep insisted I needed to buy seats to check-in. After 20 minutes of back and forth, I gave in, or I would’ve missed my flight. I even had proof of my seat purchase for $68. During my layover in Dallas, the app didn’t update my connecting flight time change. Frontier used to be reliable, but now it’s impossible to get help unless you’re an Elite Flyer. This treatment isn’t fair, especially since we pay good money to fly.

    I had a rough trip

I had a rough trip with Frontier recently. My flight from San Diego to Tampa had a layover in Denver. Things went south when we landed in Denver; the departure process was chaotic, and we had to deplane onto the tarmac, which made us late for the connecting flight. That flight was 30 gates away, and we missed it. Next flight was in 10 hours! They gave us a $25 food voucher for the trouble, but I had already paid $138 for my luggage. Ended up booking another flight with a different airline to get home, costing even more money. After a 15-hour travel day through 4 airports, I filed a complaint, and customer service just sent me a copy-paste response. Worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier if you can.

    Flying with Frontier was pretty

Flying with Frontier was pretty smooth for my first time. The boarding process was quick and well-organized. The flight itself went without a hitch, no unexpected turbulence or anything. The stewardesses were super friendly and made the trip even more pleasant. There was a bit of a hiccup on my flight back when they tried to charge me extra for my bag, but I managed to show I met the requirements to avoid the fee. Overall, it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind flying with them again.

    I can't believe what happened

I can't believe what happened with this airline. They tried to charge me for the same baggage on my fourth flight, even though I had flown with it three times before without any trouble. When I refused to pay, they just closed the gate and wouldn't let me board. Felt more like being treated like livestock than a passenger. Never experienced something so frustrating. The whole thing was a mess and really put me off. Not flying with them again, that's for sure.

    So, I booked a flight

So, I booked a flight thinking it would be smooth, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The staff at the front were just plain rude and unhelpful. I mean, I’ve flown with budget airlines before and had way better experiences. The only saving grace was this male attendant on the plane who was actually nice. But honestly, dealing with the ladies at the check-in desk left such a bad taste in my mouth. And I wasn’t the only one feeling this way – a few of us on the plane were chatting about how awful the service was. They should really send out surveys to see how many of us were disappointed.

    Booked three round-trip tickets from

Booked three round-trip tickets from Phoenix to Houston for my son, grandson, and daughter-in-law, expecting a smooth, nonstop journey. Then, out of nowhere, an email arrives saying the flights have been changed. Now, they’ve got layovers over 4 hours long—originally it was 8 hours! Had to argue to get that down. Also, baggage fees were insane, $169 for one bag just slightly over 50 lbs. And then they tried to charge an extra $52 just so the kids could sit together. Frontier’s customer service was a nightmare. Never flying with them again, that's for sure.

I was super excited about my $89 round trip with Frontier, but it turned into a nightmare. Everything seemed great until I got to the gate and realized I had to pay $300 for my 40-pound bag. Seriously? The hidden fees, taxes, and layovers were just too much. I feel like they tricked me with the low fare, only to hit me with all these extra costs. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely not flying with them again.

    I've flown Frontier plenty of

I've flown Frontier plenty of times without a hitch, but June 10th was a nightmare. Tried checking in online the night before my Florida trip, but the app kept glitching. Tried different browsers, no luck. Eventually called customer service. They said to just check in at the airport since they had some online issues. Got to the airport and surprise, the flight was canceled! No text, no email, nothing. Ended up booking another flight two hours away, had to call the rental car company and hotel to update them. On the way back, same problem. Couldn't check in, called customer service, and yup, that flight was canceled too. Drove another two hours to catch a different flight. Frontier, you seriously dropped the ball.

    Man, my experience with Frontier

Man, my experience with Frontier was a mess. First, they messed up my seating as if I hadn't booked a seat in advance. Then my flight got delayed and I ended up stuck on the plane for 5-6 hours. To top it off, they closed the check-in desk early without any warning in the emails. I was two minutes late and missed my flight, so I had to buy another ticket from a different airline. Reaching out to customer care was a nightmare; it took months to get some compensation. And just when I thought things were sorted, they spelled my name wrong on the voucher. New rep couldn't verify me, and I wasted hours. If you enjoy wasting time, fly Frontier.

Had a nightmare of a trip both ways. My first flight got delayed over 3 hours, and they wouldn't refund me even though there's a law saying they must. When I pointed out the effective date of the law, they just shrugged it off. On my return flight, the app wouldn’t let me check in, and the staff at the desk claimed they couldn't help me, even though the flight was still an hour away. Missed that flight for no reason and got charged for a new one later without being asked. They wouldn’t even use my $50 voucher. Tried calling customer service, but it took over an hour to reach someone, and even then, they couldn’t help. Never flying with them again.

    Flew from SLC to Vegas

Flew from SLC to Vegas and then Vegas to Cleveland on Sept 23, 2024. First flight was smooth, got warm water when I asked. But the Vegas to Cleveland flight was a nightmare. We boarded around 10:15pm with our 3-year-old. Everything seemed fine until the pilot announced a delay due to an odor and more passengers joining. Suddenly, a crew member started pulling our bags from the overhead bin, claiming it was for paid bags only. But none of our nearby passengers had paid for their bags. He threatened to send our bags back to the gate. He even rudely dumped my bag with my husband, who already had one under his seat. The same crew targeted another Asian lady’s bag but didn't touch anyone else's. Felt discriminated against. Later, asked for warm water but got cold, then boiling hot, burning my tongue. Reached Cleveland with hearts deeply hurt by this racist act. Flight attendant was dismissive when we asked for his name. Seeking an explanation for this ordeal.

    Got the Barclays card, all

Got the Barclays card, all excited about those Frontier perks—big mistake. Couldn't link the benefits to my Frontier miles account. Supposed to get free bags, 60,000 miles, and free seats after spending $3,000. Instead, the account linked to some random number, not ours. Frontier doesn't take calls unless you're elite, and we’re not matched with an elite number, so we’re stuck. Thought the Go Wild Pass ($600) might help—wrong. Logged in countless times; no flights I want are available under the pass. Had it for over a month, not a single flight taken. Barclays says they can’t do anything. Total scam, super frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!
