Don't fall for this site. They are going to take your money. I question some the things on here...they are asking for your photo so many times. I noticed they are not sleeping. Does not speak correctly. Not interested in talking on a different site that doesn't charge. I' believe this is a scam company. Run away from this fake site. You really not going to meet a real person.

The start wasn't perfectly smooth. I had to go back and fix a couple of things I missed during setup. Once that was done, daily store tasks became easier to handle. Orders don't feel chaotic anymore, and product management is more predictable.

I don’t enjoy fast, loud platforms where everything feels rushed. This felt slower and more manageable for me. I could take my time and not feel behind. It suited my personality better than other sites I tried,so I stayed.

First off it was supposed to be a free trip we won, had to pay $598. Then we finally booked a place for 2/12/26, received a call 2/5/26 that the hotel we had booked (which costed us another $187) had cancelled our reservation. So we have $785 dollars, into this now. They will not refund anything, not even the $187 (they did credit our account). But what about all the travel arrangements we had made to get to Gatlinburg, etc. nothing and they don't care. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. What a waste of time and money, DO NOT DO IT!! I will not be attending any timeshare crap as I already have a bad taste in my mouth and will not waste my time as I will not be doing any more business with them. I have called several times and get nothing. Just ridiculous! I have never dealt with a company this horrible. Save you time and money, go somewhere else!!

The location is a big plus. There’s plenty to do nearby, and it’s easy to get around the city from here. The apartment itself feels modern and thoughtfully set up, with everything you actually need day to day. At first, I was a bit worried about noise, but it turned out to be manageable and didn’t affect my sleep or work. The only real downside for me was that the cleaning schedule isn’t always communicated very clearly. Aside from that, the experience was smooth. Outpost’s team was responsive and helpful. I had a small maintenance issue, and it was resolved within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. Overall, it worked well as a reliable home base while working in NYC, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something practical and well-located.
