I still haven’t received my money. It has already been 3 days since I requested my withdrawal. They keep telling me to be patient, but I’m slowly starting to lose hope. Whenever you ask for a timeframe, you just get the same standard response saying that it’s being reviewed by the payments department and that they can’t give you any indication of when it will be processed. Very frustrating, especially when it’s your own money and you have no idea how long you’re expected to wait.

I'm happy with the results so far. Shares are being accepted consistently, rejected shares are minimal, and the pool stats make it easy to spot if one of my workers starts acting up.

I was searching for the best PDF rotate website after a couple of others gave me trouble with large files. This one handled everything perfectly and the result was exactly what I needed.

Billing was one thing I was unsure about after reading some reviews online. My subscription worked exactly as described, and cancelling through the settings was simple when I tested it. The short home workouts have also been practical and easy to fit into my schedule.

Ordered some business cards and post cards a couple weeks ago. Chose a delivery date that worked for what I needed. Delivery date came and went, so I logged into see what the deal was. It said take they hadn't been printed yet. I sent a message to OvernightPrints and told them I needed them ASAP. They told me that they experienced an issue with their machine but it would be printed shortly. I replied and told them that I had ordered them by a specific date and it had now passed, so I asked if they could upgrade my shipping to overnighting it to me so I would get them quickly. They replied with "we will let you know once they ship.". I wrote back and said again that I needed them overnighted due the delivery date having passed two days ago. They replied again (I think they may use an overseas call center/customer service center) "we will give you a tracking number once they ship. 3 days later, I still hadn't received them so I emailed again after it still showed "in production". Another person emailed me back and said that they were shipping that day to me. I informed her of the previous emails and asked that they be overnighted. She said she wasn't allowed to offer that, but she would check with someone at the company (this kinda confirms that they use overseas call centers?). I asked if I could get the phone number so I could call them myself to discuss with a manager and she said that there is no phone number allowed to be given out. She emailed me back later that day that they had shipped and they would not overnight them to me because they coulnd't prove it would arrive faster. I told her that I at LEAST wanted my order refunded (it was now 11 days PAST promised delivery and their customer service was terrible). She said that she could offer a 10% refund plus my shipping cost. I told her this wasn't acceptable and that I needed to talk to someone. She again told me that there wasn't anyone I could speak with. HOW DO YOU RUN A COMPANY THAT PROMISES OVERNIGHT PRINTS, GIVES A DELIVERY DATE, MISSED IT BY ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND WON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER?!?!? I did receive notice that they would refund part of my order, so I guess that's better than nothing, BUT this only came after I threatened to leave them bad reviews on every site that I could... AS SUCH... This will probably be my final order with OvernightPrints. This is sad because I've been ordering from them for over a decade now. But sure if something changed or they were bought out, but the customer Service just isn't what it used to be!!! GO ELSEWHERE (even if it costs you 5% more).

Today was a continued negative experience with them. I used them at a previous house with carpet and was happy with them. I scheduled them today to clean 2 area rugs (4 x 6; 8 x 10) and an upholstered oversized chair. 1. Scheduling with them was difficult because they have a 3hour arrival window and wouldn't tell me how long it would take once they were here. I asked for a maximum time range, but they refused to give any estimate. So basically, I had to allow all day. 2. They said I would get a 30-minute notification before arrival. I got a 10-minute notification. 3. Once the guy got here, he informed me he would be cleaning the rugs in the driveway. (Glad I scheduled on a dry day.) I got the blower and blew leaves out of the driveway. 4. They don’t come back to bring the rugs back in the house. I’m 74 and these rugs are heavy. I can’t carry the big one by myself. So, hopefully I can find a neighbor who can help. I don’t want to drag the rugs as it might damage them and don’t want to leave them in the driveway all afternoon. 5. They told me there was an option for them to take them to the shop and clean and bring back. That’s an additional $6 per sq’ or $624!!! 6. The quoted price went from $30 to $75 on the upholstered chair. I sent them the measurements when scheduling. 7. The tech was nice but firm and said that they are doing scheduling with AI and having problems. They either haven’t trained the model thoroughly or aren’t supervising at all. I like their technology but will not be using them again. This was a terrible experience!

Really like how many different conversion options are available, especially PDF to PPT since I use that quite a lot for work presentations. The added security features are nice to have too.
