I have my unit running in their texas facility for a few months now. uptime is good, most of time it stay online when I check, no big issue there. Profit is decent, not exactly same like shown at start, but still in reasonable range so I think its okay. You need to understand market also change. Support is fine, they reply and help, but sometimes take time to get back, not a big problem, just need some patience.

When ever I have a question or need help I get a prompt response. Very customer oriented. There is always someone there to assist. Thank you

You are pissing off alot of people with your tactics! It's harassment with all the texts and you can not stop it. I donated thinking I was helping the cause now I regret ever having contact with winred . I m wondering if they have been infiltrated by the democrats. I'm fed up with these people!!!

They have lied to me on every email after asking for a refund they said it would take 7 to 10 days still no refund then they wanted my card number who does that I told him to mail me my money now it says if they don't have my address lie after lie

I can only state what has been already stated here a number of times. They refuse a refund once it renews. Unfortunately, we who are trying to get a better handle on our lives fall prey to their promises. They are obviously set up to bang you for the renewal and then refuse a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves.
