I also fell victim to the hidden subscription scam. I purchased a $1 course and did not see the fine print at the bottom of the 3rd email saying I was being signed up for a subscription. Of course they don't email you about that when it hits every month so ended up paying for a couple months before realizing I was paying for a subscription I had never used and never (knowingly) signed up for. Long story short, they would not refund my money, even though I've literally never used it, and am going to my credit card company to complain about their predatory, unauthorized billing practices.

Credit Associates are supposed to be working with my creditors. It has been 3 months, and still no resolution. They are taking $219 out of my account each month. My credit score has dropped 100 points. And both creditor bills have accumulated over $1000 more on the bills. When I check the progress on my account it shows still negotiating (for the past two months). This is taking way too long. I would have been better off dealing with creditors directly. Not happy with the slow process.

It launched the promotion with 1USD purchase however it automatically subscribe you into its monthly membership program if you don't carefully read their small disclaimer which you have to scroll way way down through all their promotional message which it intentionally makes people miss the monthly subscription message. I did not use any service at all (cuz i dont even know i have their subscription) and later saw the payment on their credit card slip. I email to ask for the refund given that i haven't used any services at all. They rejected to provide the refund and capscreen small disclaimer that I miss from their intentionally misleading confirmation page. Any decent or credible platform would give refund if they find customers mistakenly make payment and do not use any of their services (I get this from ai subscription providers). FINAL WORD : A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY.
