You won't believe what happened with this company. They charged me $180 twice, even after I canceled my subscription! It's like they didn't even care. I reached out to them, hoping they'd sort it out, but nope, they refused to refund me both times. I work for a DTC company, and trust me, we always refund customers if there's a mistake, even after shipping. But this company? Their customer service is just awful. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't value its customers. Honestly, I expected better. It's a shame they can't get something as basic as customer service right.
