After getting familiar with the dashboard, the platform settled into a predictable flow. Products stayed active, orders processed without delays, and shipping updates appeared normally. A few tools took extra clicks to find, but daily work felt calm.
I ordered two decks of cards as Christmas presents early December. December 21st, one deck came. the dispatch slip advised BOTH were posted. When I asked when the other was arriving, only them did they say that they were out of stock. They did offer to refund the cost of ONE deck, but not the postage. They would not provide postage for me to return the deck that arrived as they said that as I had recieved it, they would not refund!!!!
By far, the worst theme i buy from wp-script. since 6 years old. Documentation is bad. The idea is good but the execution terrible. AVOID AT ALL COST or you will need to open a lot of support ticket to make it work

I had a terrible experience with Upstep. The insoles I received had a poor fit, so I followed their instructions and returned them within the official window. Since then, the company has completely ghosted me. No refund, no customer service, and zero replies to my emails. It is a complete and total scam designed to keep your money while promising a "risk-free" trial. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my bank. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Beware of the fine print. Voucher expiry date of 5 years. Hidden in the fine print - they only guarantee the experience for 18 months, after that you have to pay price increases. In our case an extra $380! Terrible customer service.
