I purchased a sport coat and jacket, both made in a hounds tooth material, "BOTH" in a standard size LARGE. *I did not opt for any "custom fit" option. The order was made for a size LARGE as I said earlier and made in the same material. When the garments arrived, the sport coat's sleeves were at least 3" too SHORT. The other garment (jacket) had sleeves that covered practically my entire hands and shoulders were that were so big I could wear football shoulder pads under the jacket. I contacted customer service who told me that the garments were "custom made" which is RIDICULOUS because I never gave them my measurements. I sent them pictures of the above which confirmed what I was saying, and they offered me a $10, then later a $75 gift certificate to entice me to buy MORE of their junk.... I would stay away from this misleading company.... 🙄

Do not buy from them! My machine broke after 5 months of use, I sent it to the brand for service and it still was not functioning properly. They refused to replace it although the Consumer rights act says that I have the right to request a refund or a new machine. Still insisted on doing their own service and ask me now £50 to send me back my coffee machine! This is bullying attitude

Bought this 3' money tree and its gone downhill since I got it. It came with bugs so I separated it from my thriving plants. It use to have a braided trunk but this is all that lived.
