Visited B&M Rhyl today. Haven’t been in months but with xmas coming thought l’d pop in. First thing l noticed - the store is really messy, shelves are untidy and stock all over the place. Lots of staff around but only 1 till working. Couldn’t find most of the things l wanted. Quite disapointing.
