These ad's will tick the "i'm interested" option to grab your attention, but they are always ad's that you need to pay to contact. I have also seen and reached out to individuals who shwo interest and you start the ball rolling, only to be ghosted when it comes to view the place. The account then disappears saying they have found a place, only to appear again a month later. This is not just one or two ad's, I have seen in my area at least 7 like this. Then we get to the fees, The money they want just so you can contact someone is insane. £14 for 7 days!!!!, or if your stupid enough, you canspend more. £28 for 4 weeks, £149 for 6 months or £199 for 1 year!!!!! They try to entice you by lying about how many people find someone to move in if you pay them, which they know your desperate to do as you need help paying rent and bills. It's a sick joke that they prey on people who are going to be hard up by making they pay insane fees, all while the site is littered with fake accounts.
