Our 2 hotel managers we stayed at also tried in Japanese to contact the company for us but NO LUCK. When I got home I called my credit card company and they did a dispute but Tiqets just said, We told them to try early or something crazy like that. IF YOU CAN'T GUARANTEE GETTING YOUR CUSTOMER A TICKET THAN YOU ARE REALLY STEALING THEIR MONEY. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TIQETS AGAIN. WHO SELLS TICKETS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND DOESN'T GIVE THE CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY BACK WHEN THE TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO USE. DON'T YOU ALL LIKE TO GET NOTHING FOR YOUR MONEY.
