Total Incompetence An ecommerce solution should make running an online store easier. My experience with this one has been the opposite: unnecessary frustration, wasted time, and little confidence in the service. The overall experience falls well short of what I expect from a platform meant to support a business. Too much effort goes into dealing with the solution itself when that time should be spent serving customers and growing sales. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

BE CAREFUL. This is a fraudulent company (claimed to be in freezone Shams Media City Sharjah UAE).. For 1 day delivery (Order #***) , I got after 1 week 15 sick and yellow bamboo instead of 20. They refused to exchange or return money. I paid AED 500 for garbage... DO NOT PAY OR EVEN THING TO DEAL WITH THEM. SCAMMER COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. HAWAII MOVE PROS IS THE MOST UNPROFESIONAL DECEITFUL MOVING COMPANY EVER. I am a 30-year military veteran and have moved 14 times with government contact and privately. Hawaii Moving Pros’ line is local Kapolei company, but the packers, shipping and delivery were all subcontracted to different companies. Once I paid them money all customer assistance calls went to a company in California. The packers gave a 5-hour show window, then called 10 minutes before the end of the window that they were still busy with another job and will come first thing the next morning. So, I took another vacation day from work, guess what, no show again, calls me at noon and said can’t make it again! Finally show that afternoon in an Enterprise rent a truck. Pack 90% of my stuff and said can’t pack the rest until I pay another $1200.00. Price started at $4200 and ended up at $7200. Had to pay on the spot or they threaten to leave. Then after they left, I went outside and they left a big TV all wrapped and tagged. The “forgot” it and I had to wait around for them to come back the next morning to pick it up. Upon delivery they hit us up for a $400 shuttle fee because their 75ft tractor trailer would not fit in my condo complex. From the VERY BEGINNING of this contract I made it clear it was a gated community, and my condo was on the 3rd floor. They said no problem. So, this sub-contractor drives a giant truck around that does not fit in many place and up charges everyone for “shuttle fees”. They also THEN tried to charge extra because they had to walk up to the Third Floor! My son had to do most of the carrying to avoid the EXTRA STAIRS CHARGE

Have been a repeat customer of theirs for around 10 years now, have always been reasonably happy with their products and support, however following my latest purchase, trying to get some info for the items i purchased and swap a motor they recomended to me as they didnt have what I ordered in stock, only to find out that the motor they recomended isnt suitable for my purpose even though they knew my exact purpose before recomending this motor, then im told **** no longer works at the company due to health issues, and communication becomes very slow with them, im talking at least 6 weeks or longer for a response if they respond at all! Now I nolonger get a response at all, ive been trying to get info and exchange this motor for about 8 months now and have no choice but to give up as Im getting nothing from them. I can no longer recommend this company, like many others, it looks like the absence of the owner, ****, will be the demise of this company, if they treat repeat customers like this its only a matter of time before they go under. Purchase at own risk because you are literally on your own if you need help!
