felt the big discount on premium checks (Charlie Brown Classics) was a really good deal... I never bought premium checks before because of the price... so nice saving there. I did not need these checks soon... but felt nudged into rush delivery... no way to avoid it ... shipping AND handling went over $11... aside from that... liked being able to choose options for my checks. Couldn't buy the checkbook cover.

The customer service was fast and really helpful. They handled my problem right away and fixed it with ease and quickness, just what I needed for my money. I'm giving 5 stars for this. I hope I don't have to contact them again but uphold got me sorted right away. I look forward to seeing more person to person service soon, but you all did great.

First and foremost I have never seen customer service this high level! Scott is a wonderfull agent and really went out of his way to guide me and give tips I'm certain he didn't need to! I always like when someone loves their work and this man really shines, such a great moment, with a fantastic guy and an amazing company!
