Wisey.app is convenient both on desktop and mobile. I can quickly check tasks, add new ones, and never lose a good idea. This is exactly the service I was missing before.
The filters were shipped to the wrong address even though the correct delivery address was indicated. I was told nothing could be done since the filters had already been shipped and I had to make other arrangements to receive the filters which added an additional cost for me. Very disappointing customer service they had no idea how this happened or willing to help correct the error.
I was genuinely impressed by how intelligent and proactive the fraud prevention system is. On 11/04/2025 I made a purchase from helloice. I spent $57.98 on two rings as a birthday gift to myself. On 11/24/2025 I received an email from Helloice telling me to contact the Delivery provider: Gofo (USA). Phone: ****. Because a failed delivery attempt was made on 11/19/2025. I contacted the delivery company listed above and confirmed there were no barriers and the delivery address was correct. They said they would try again in 3 days. 3 days came and went and still there was no package. So I contacted Helloice the company i made the purchase from on 11/27/2025 and asked for a refund. I also told the delivery company not to bother and to send the product back to Helloice since they couldn’t follow directions. They said they would. Helloice said they could see the product coming back to them and would send me the product back for $20 dollars. I told them absolutely not and to give me a refund. It has been nothing but back and forth with this company since November we are now entering into 2026 and the company still hasn’t issued a refund and they have the product. Update: It’s now February and I’m still waiting on a refund. I never received the product they keep asking for more money to send it. Why is this company being allowed to steal from the American people. I’m starting to wonder if something deeper is going on.
Easy to use, beginners friendly application/idea. Of course, it needs some improvement over time. For example, login as user might not necessary. If it is, it should have different features than guest users
The tool is alright to individuals who are new to meal planning. The interface is user friendly and there is a big library of recipes. Nevertheless, it can be considered a little too simple by those who have tried dieting.
