    Subscription bills cleanly each month, $39, no funny business. Dashboard is clear and the trial gave me enough room to test the basics. Reporting on the dashboard is functional but pretty surface-level - if you're someone who likes drilling into data you'll want more. The core experience does what it should.

    I let my Bluebeam subscription slip through the cracks, and I was in a bit of a panic. Luckily, Jake F was there to save the day. He was super quick and knew exactly what needed to be done to get me back on track. What really impressed me was how nice he was throughout the whole process. He even reached out a couple of days later just to make sure everything was working smoothly. You don’t find that kind of service every day.     I ordered this dress from Oh Polly and thought I'd have to jump through hoops to return it. But, boy was I wrong.     Staying at the condo was such a treat! Beach Cove's vibe is just amazing, even if the weather wasn't playing nice. Cold and rainy days didn’t stop us from having a blast. The location is just perfect, everything you need is just around the corner. It felt like the ideal spot for a getaway, with everything so handy. The condo itself was really pretty, it felt like a cozy retreat from the chilly weather outside. I’m already thinking about the next trip and can’t wait to come back. This place is definitely on my list for future vacations! 😃

    I was really looking forward to trying this new cat food after seeing all the hype around it. Sadly, it was a complete bust. None of my four cats wanted anything to do with it. I tried to cancel my subscription in time, but they ended up sending it anyway. Customer support wasn't much help either. Instead of offering a refund, they just suggested putting tuna on top to trick my cats into eating it. Now I'm stuck with $80 worth of cat food even the strays won't touch. Their customer service needs serious improvement. It's frustrating knowing I'm not the only one who had such a bad experience. If I could rate it below zero, I would.

    You won't believe what happened with this company. They charged me $180 twice, even after I canceled my subscription! It's like they didn't even care. I reached out to them, hoping they'd sort it out, but nope, they refused to refund me both times. I work for a DTC company, and trust me, we always refund customers if there's a mistake, even after shipping. But this company? Their customer service is just awful. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't value its customers. Honestly, I expected better. It's a shame they can't get something as basic as customer service right. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I have been using this camera, and it's been a frustrating experience. The device randomly shuts off, and when I reached out for help, they just told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've done that more times than I can remember, but it didn't help. The app itself is a disaster—after the last update, it kicked me out completely. Now, I can't even check recordings or go live without it crashing or freezing. The camera also fails to capture full recordings; it either misses the important moments or starts recording too late. I've tried reconfiguring the camera multiple times, but nothing changes. I've only had it for under a year, and I'm already considering ditching it.
