This company is a scam, giving me the run around about canceling and a refund. I try to return package the post office because the address was cut off. Trying to get a return address. Going to turn them over to the BBB.

They have charded my bank account for a monthly subscription of 34,20 Euros without any notice.  When I subscripted at newmindstart.com, it was not mentioned anywhere that I would have to pay  34,20 Euros for every month, nor i received any email. The site was only saying that I would only pay 1 Euro.  I kindly asked them to send me back my moey and they refused. I noticed they did this to other people.

Pretty good for bodyweight stuff. Some exercises are a bit hard to understand from the video angle but you get the hang of it. Would love more options. The guidance is practical.

This has happened multiple times with this company. They are always late and reschedule appointments - often by hours. When they call, they let the phone ring barely enough to pick up before they hang up. Tonight they were over 2 hours late - I answered the phone and said I would get my wife, who they appointment was for. When I gave her the phone a few seconds later they had already hung up. They are rude and unprofessional. Try someone else.
