On February 27, 2026, at approximately 7:45 AM, I purchased an airline ticket for $810.33. I confirmed this amount at 7:46 AM. However, on February 28, 2026, I received an email stating that my flight information would be sent separately, but the total charges listed were $1,374.98.
I did not authorize or agree to this increased amount.
I contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue, but their customer service representatives were unprofessional, rude, and in several instances disconnected the call. I was unable to get a clear explanation or resolution.
I have retained all email documentation showing the original agreed-upon price and the subsequent higher charge. I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank and am in the process of providing additional documentation.
I believe this company is engaging in deceptive business practices by confirming one price and then charging a significantly higher amount without proper consent.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges and that this matter be investigated to prevent similar situations for other consumers.
