I ordered weight loss medication from this company 1 week ago. I was previously receiving medication from another company and my current dosage is @ 50 injectable units. I made it clear on many occasions that I wanted a slightly higher dose due to only losing 3 pounds in 3 months with the medication from the other company. Upon checking my patient portal I noticed that this company actually lowered the dose to 37.5. I reached out to the Customer Service Department 3 times within 3 days and was told that a Medical Provider would be reaching out to me. No one called or text. Upon my last attempt to reach out to Customer Service I was transferred to the Medical Professional area and was on "hold" for 1 hour and 40 minutes before finally hanging up! I am actually on the phone with another Customer Representative who seems to know what she is doing unlike the previous 2 Representatives. We will see how it goes when with the appointment with a Medical Provider that she set me up with tomorrow. It has been stated that the incorrect dosage of medication is scheduled to be mailed out tomorrow, via Fed Ex. I am giving this company 1 star due to the lack of detailed review on the part of the original Medical Provider who did not take the time to read the notes regarding the current dose and the 2 out of 3 Customer Service Representatives who had no clue what to do in this situation. Additionally, I want to mention that I was hung up on twice this evening upon my very last attempt to contact Customer Service. Hopefully, I will be able and willing to adjust this rating if the company fixes the problem and improves their services.

I ordered a Christmas ornament (front & back shown below) which is not the quality I expected (looks cheap & it wasn’t) & is not acceptable (not properly constructed). I contacted customer service on 12/2 & received a ticket# but have not received a response & resolution since. I have sent 4 follow up emails, again no response/resolution. I cannot recommend this company at all. I’d give them a minus 5 if possible.

They got me twice with defective gear that they would not refund or exchange. Shame on me. Won't get me a third time. Beware.

Don’t buy, total scam never ships order and still has not refunded money. You’ll have to file fraud with credit card and hope to get a refund! Total scammers!!

So they promised 10 day delivery!! I still haven’t received my dress after a month, already went out of the country to the event and came back! Unbelievable they keep apologizing over emails , but they do not do refunds …. Will never recommend this website DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Thy sent me a PS3 game covered in scratches and would not load ! It has also corrupted my game files and causing me to delete games and reset the console! They still have not responded to my email.
