Fraud! Scam! I was hacked, reached out to my bank, contacted this company, Muse gave me a run around of automated robotic answers that were not helpful. I explained I did not authorize signing up or charges. I didn’t even know what this was. They called me a liar in so many words even after I explained my situation. They promised me a 100% refund, but only refunded me partially. I’m fighting them with my bank now.
