I engaged with these guys to ship my car knowing that they are a broker and brokers all work the same way: they post your vehicle to an online board and drivers bid on the pick up. So, you do need to realize that they quote you a low price to get you engaged and then there is a high likelihood that price will go up since the brokers have little control over what price the driver will do the work for. That said, when it didn't work our for me, they did promptly process a refund of my deposit without giving me a hard time. I thought that was very professional.

I have try to be patient with this company but I had never had a decent phone call since I’ve been with them for year. Drop calls all the time and then you can’t pick up the call when they come in and the voicemail never works half the time. If you are able able to to grab the call it is 50/50 they will be able to hear you. Just don’t do it it is not worth it.

i've been using oneminers for almost a year now and honestly it's been one of the more reliable ones i've tried. The hosting just works, my miner stays online, payouts hit every day without weird delays, and I can tell they're actually putting in effort to keep things stable because I rarely see any unexplained drops. The biggest win for me was switching to their lower cost locations (Nigeria for me), covering just the power bill instead of getting eaten up by high fees like with my old provider made the numbers finally start looking decent. No hidden surprises in the billing either. Only thing i'd say is the support response can be a bit slow during weekends sometimes but overall it's been solid and way less stressful than the last place I was with. Paying for an experience to get real training and people to teach and be there but it just computer generated school and the teachers are AI. My work is always graded wrong and calling in for help seems like im bothering them. Not a school more like a diploma mill scam..
