Okay so these folks are i***s. I purchased one pair of gloves and I thought hmm let me ask and see if I could get a discount if I buy 5 more gloves and two sets of backup batteries since the original batteries don’t last that long. They said they don’t give discounts, even though I was buying through a company that rhymes with B***on and they were discounted there. Anyway, they said no but that they would give me a free set of batteries for the bulk order the rest of the story is as follows… Irritated with this seller. Firstly, the communication process with this seller was absolutely slower than molasses being poured into a coffee cup in subzero weather. Secondly, the representatives that I was communicating with, must have kept changing because no one there understood that a deal was confirmed four times that if I buy 5 more pairs of gloves, they, the seller would send an extra set of batteries. Thirdly the seller wasn't reading my text messages or the message in whole, because they kept thinking it was a replacement request for batteries and couldn't get it that I was just wanting my batteries sent that I was promised. Finally they can't understand that this thread and this communication process has cost me time in having t mon keep up with their stupidity. My time is valuable to me. If I were to charge them for how much time it has taken out of my day it would be far more expensive than a stupid set of batteries. With all this said I will never use this company or product again. I will furthermore insist and advertise that everyone I know not use this company or product either. Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok are very influential social medias and they are absolutely at my disposal. I will enjoy spending money to make sure this encounter is broadcasted. When my three orders arrived on November 28, one miner had a bad hashboard. Support told me I could try to fix it on my own first. I was unsure, but I followed their steps and got it working. They later sent some tools as compensation. The experience had a hiccup, but support handled it decently.

If I could have given negative 5 stars if I could. I ordered a metal sign from this place and I’ve been scammed. They said I would get a confirmation email and charged my credit card right away. I never received that confirmation email. I’ve contacted their “customer service* department twice and have yet to see a reply. Do NOT buy anything from them!😡

They will book you on a waiting list flight. That's why the price are so cheap. If you don't want to be on waiting you must pay extra to change! They will also just cancel you if you disagree leaving with no other options!
