I like the vibe: calm music, a pleasant instructor voice, no yelling “10 more, go!” Everything is at a pace that’s comfortable for you. I especially love how it reacts to cycle phases - in the luteal phase there’s more leg/glute strength, in the follicular phase there are more cardio elements inside Pilates. The results are real: slimmer legs, toned arms, and the best part - I stopped feeling guilty if I miss a day (the app just offers a lighter alternative). Small minus: sometimes the recipes in the meal plan aren’t salty enough for my taste - I add salt. But that’s minor. Overall I’m very satisfied.
