I ordered a liner and a jacket. When the item was delivered, the jacket was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures to show them that my item was damaged upon arrival. I am still waiting for a solution to replace my item over a month later. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!

I have repeatedly tried to redeem my gift with no success. I went to ****, input my gift code and all other requested info, including my email address. They say a verification email has been sent to me however I did not receive it. I tried 5 different times! This feels like a scam. I put a note into their "service center" since there was no way to talk to a person, and I have not heard back.
