    I placed my order for a *** on 6th January 2026. It is now 23rd January. The item was not delivered on the delivery date, and no update was provided. The company's phone line is set permanently to "We are closed" despite numerous calls during their advertised opening hours, over a period of several days. I have so far attempted to contact them 5 times via their **** email address, and I've yet to receive an answer to my concern. I am now in the process of seeking to recover the £500 via my credit card company.

    Sign up for app. Subscription comes in two parts the basic than the premium. They stay two separate packages when you cancel. The other package continues caught for the price which is excess of a 60. There’s no customer service when you get an email it just reject your refund. It’s just a glorified food app you will get ripped off.

    Loved using the superior plan but my experience was a bit spoiled by the website bugs. I already told the support team, they helped me with my issues and hopefully they'll fix the bugs soon. The rest was really cool, I'd definitely use this service again.

    I met someone that we agreed to see each other we started to exchange email and sm account. But the system intercept every time we do that. Bottom line is, there is no way both will see each other. You’re trap inside the site. No good. But you pay.

    I ordered 2 ornaments on December 7th for Christmas presents and they only shipped out one. I’ve been emailing them back and forth and they have not even shipped out the replacement over 1 month later nor have they refunded me the difference! Their customer service is horrible! Seems like a scam site- charge a customer for multiple times but only send out half the order! It’s now been 6 weeks and it’s impossible getting any type of resolution with these scammers.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM I had one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had with BookOnline.com. I booked a reservation on January 18 and quickly realized I needed to cancel. When I tried less than 24 hrs later, I was told I was not eligible for a refund — but the cancellation policy they referenced said the deadline was January 16, which was BEFORE I even made the reservation. I contacted BookOnline multiple times and they insisted it was the hotel’s responsibility. I called the hotel and they said the opposite — it was a third-party reservation and the hotel could not cancel/refund it. BookOnline refused to resolve the issue or take accountability, so I had to file a DISPUTE with my credit card company. This whole experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. SCAM SCAM SCAM I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead.
