⚠️ WARNING – EXERCISE CAUTION BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to do thorough research before buying from this company. I purchased several rugs costing over £150. When they arrived, they had been folded into a box and were of very poor quality, falling well below my expectations. When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was repeatedly offered discounts and incentives to keep the items. However, as I was dissatisfied with the quality, I insisted on a full refund. It was only at this stage that I discovered that, despite operating under a .co.uk website, the company is based overseas. I was informed that the rugs would need to be returned to Switzerland at my own expense, which was very costly. Nevertheless, because the products were unsuitable and of poor quality, I proceeded with the return. The situation then became even more frustrating when the company refused delivery of the returned parcel on three separate occasions. As a result, I was forced to submit a chargeback claim through my bank, a process which can take several weeks to resolve. Subsequently, I unexpectedly received an email from the company stating that the returned goods had been received and that my refund would be processed within three working days. Since then, I have contacted the company several times by both email and telephone and have repeatedly been assured that the refund is being processed and will be received within three working days. Unfortunately, several weeks have now passed and I am still awaiting my refund. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from this company is to proceed with extreme caution. Be sure to check where the company is actually based, understand the return requirements, and consider the potential costs and difficulties involved if you need to return an item.

I spoke with nurse **** for inital consultation my credit card was charged $49 in a couple of days I was informed by **** that my insurance company would not approve. I was given a large amount to pay each month which i Declinced! following month May, I receives charge of $99.00 I am trying to have it reversed, phone rep stating it will take place. Todate NO reversal yet. calling again. who can i contact? No product receieved why am i BEING CHARGED??

Saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered to our friend in the hospital. What a joke for $70.00. There was no design sense at all. It was just some flowers thrown in a glass vase.

Took my money and didn’t send the ordered item. Could not prove they had sent it and blamed the post office.,-awaiting for refund which I suspect will go the same way as item ordered AVOID AVOID AVOID

I only wanted to purchase and access one specific program. At no point was it clear to me that I was signing up for an ongoing subscription. The subscription process lacked transparency and felt like a subscription trap, as the recurring charges were not presented clearly enough for me to make an informed decision. I would strongly encourage the company to make its pricing and subscription terms much more transparent to avoid other customers having the same experience.

Thanks, this was much easier than I expected. I finished everything in one sitting and didn't have to keep starting over. It isn't the most advanced CV builder out there, but it gave me a result I was happy to use, and that's what mattered.

My critical piece on consent in emergency medical care had plenty of information but very little argument. The editor compared two positions and linked both back to the question, which strengthened the middle sections.
