I ordered a liner and a jacket. When the item was delivered, the jacket was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures to show them that my item was damaged upon arrival. I am still waiting for a solution to replace my item over a month later. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I've called and left several messages, messaged "customer service" several times to please provide some kind of solution, and all I've heard is crickets. Don't waste your time ordering anything from them. You won't be able to return it/ exchange it.

I have repeatedly tried to redeem my gift with no success. I went to ****, input my gift code and all other requested info, including my email address. They say a verification email has been sent to me however I did not receive it. I tried 5 different times! This feels like a scam. I put a note into their "service center" since there was no way to talk to a person, and I have not heard back. I will be sure to let as many people as possible know to NEVER use Giftly!
