I made ONE order. One order shows on my account. I was billed TWICE. I called as they said I had to and was told "maybe there was a computer glitch". But yet, they will NOT refund my money. Don't order from them if you don't want to be bill double! I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered from them once. My dog won’t eat it, worthless. All of a sudden, out of the blue I get an email that my “authorship” will ship in a couple days. I instantly responded to it and told them I never signed up for AutoShip, and they do not have my authorization to take money out of my account and that I do not want the product. They sent me an email back sounding like it was canceled. Couple days later, money out of my account and a shipping confirmation email was sent. I started emailing them again, they told me you need to contact some phone number. But surprise surprise, nobody answers the phone! I have gone back-and-forth with these people numerous times, no results. They take money out of your account without your permission. I will contact my bank and claim fraud. Buyer beware!!!!!

I signed up for this company after my mother was scammed by a caller scheme. I signed up for the family plan and inputted all four of our identities. Immediately, the other three vanished and only mine remained. Very little progress was made to removal of any of the four accounts. I asked for tech help via AI and email every day for a week. Then I asked for my money back. They closed my account. No money. I called the credit card and they lied to the credit card saying they delivered the goods/services. I have still not been contacted by them or received a refund. Next I will escalate with the credit card company and Better Business Bureau. It was bad enough my mother got scammed, now I am enduring this. In contrast, another company has nearly cleaned up all 4 family members' online presence within two weeks. I do not recommend this company.
