I payed for an order that never got accepted. In the end, I decided it was not worth it and that I would just grind for the item myself, so I asked for a refund. Of course, it never came, they offered store credit and actually gave me store credit back, even tough I specifically asked for a card refund. To this day, 3 months later, I still have not gotten my refund and it is still "being processed" with no real answers or updates. This is just straight up a scam, even the descriptions on their services are wrong, its like they don't even know their games.

Before buying from this lousy company, read the negative reviews. They ship the wrong items, have terrible service, and charge a fourtune if you return something. I saw this and canceled my order. Since then, they have sent me 15 emails -- several a day. WHY? Never buy anything from a company that treats people like this!
