I try to use this $10 coupon at Walmart every time I refill my Levothyroxine 75 mcg. For 90 tablets. I always end up using my insurance ($21.86) because the Singlecare amount always comes up $24 instead of $10. Calls from me and from Walmart pharmacy to Singlecare have never prompted them to correct what it says on the app. This makes me think the Singlecare app is a scam.

Feline's claims of product quality and a 60 day money back return policy is absolutely meaningless. They have no intention of making good on any issues that may occur. Their policies are designed to block customers at every turn. Feline's claim that want to resolve customer concerns is a façade. I challenge any customer to come up with what constitutes "official email channels" that actually help customers resolve complaints. Feline feeds you Pablum in response to any and all emails hoping you will go away. If you persist and foolishly pay the return shipping costs, they REFUSE to accept the shipment at their end. This then results in getting the item SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. This means that the customer is now out the original cost of the product AND the shipping charges. Feline's "UNAUTHORIZED" subscription scam is a classic example of covertly getting customers on the hook for a recurring order and then making it virtually impossible to stop the subscription - never mind getting a refund. Feline is an outfit (I won't call it a company) that only wants your money. It is unscrupulous when dealing with customer problems. BEWARE!

The company ships directly from China and when there is an issue it told me to contact a manufacturer in China! The shipment lead time is 1 month. It does not take accountability for its actions only pushes China company to contact for further clarification. Buy at own risk!

6 emails later with a 4-5 day wait inbetween and two weeks later, the customer service is thee worst!! I wanted to resolve a production quality issue that is clear in the photo but The stall tactics, the holiday season (there is no holiday), and the need “to send to their product team” all in which have NOTHING to do with a return or exchange - I now have NO wedding dress. They have ruined a moment by their inability to execute in a timely fashion. And I still haven’t a dress. DO NOT Order from them. Especially if it’s for something special. Ever! It isn’t worth it.
