Priority Roofing in Florida is good at placating customers when they compIain, but horrible at resolving the problem. The team who did the replacement of a fallen lanai roof for me I can only describe as unskilled and completely disrespectful of my property. They started on the repair of my lanai roof which fell in because of high wind associated with hurricane Milton some time after I okayed them on my list of contractors provided by my insurance company. I want to mention here that I paid out of pocket thousands of dollars for this repair. It has been approximately a year since they started the restoration process. I thought all was well until I noticed overtopping of water in the gutter. I had the roof and gutter inspected and discovered a hole around the flashing. The material was short and it appeared they left it that way. After that I had a rat in the attic which they said was not due to their repair so I let that go. A couple more thousand to remove and sanitize my attic. I spent hours gathering texts, emails, etc. to present to their mediator who, after receiving no answer from the work crew, said he would forward to the next level person. I later found the person who managed my work crew no longer worked for the company. I don't know who was receiving the mediator's emails. The mediator did pass on my complaint, and the next contractor who talked with me assured me that all would be well, and he would take care of everything. Now, a couple of weeks later after I understood the work was completed, I did another inspection, and I was horrified at what was done! I asked for no patch work and what I got was more shoddy work and more damage done to my property: some shingles damaged by the foam that they patched the metal roof with. Hole around flashing still not covered; gutter still leaking, and still no communication from the jolly contractor who was going to make everything all right! I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a contractor who will respect their property and who will provide skilled workers who will leave you highly satisfied, especially if you are an old person as I am. I hate to think my age is being equated with stupidity. Personally, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. If There had been a place for a zero rating, that is what I would have checked.

First they charged me 1$ and after 3 days, without my authorisation 49$. There was an info about 14 days money back during 1$ payment I’ve sended an email immediatly, to cancel subscription and to get my money back. They rejected my request. Thanks to my bank I’ve received my money back during Chargeback procedure.

I fell for this scam. I seen a great deal of a round-trip flight, to visit mom, for about $100 cheaper than any other airline. So I immediately purchased the flight with a sense of "Im so lucky". Then my nightmare began. I get an email to call them back to get details about my flight. I call and they congratulate me, then they tell me that there is no way to cancel this purchase, keep in mind I just purchased the flight 20 minutes prior. Thats not even remotely the worst part. They then tell me that I can't check any bags or even bring a carry-on. Besides spies in movies I've never heard of this concept. The representative seemed like he got joy out of arguing with me that this is wrong and that I want to cancel. I told him that I will cancel through my bank and he tells me that they will force it through. I immediately cancel my card. So far no charges he was bluffing but I still had to cancel my card, wait, and have my credit score dinged because of this awful business. So I beg you spread the word this is the most devious business I've ever dealt with. Good luck everyone!

I bought a dress online, and let me tell you, it was spot on! It looked just like the one on the model, and the fit was absolutely perfect. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better match. But here's the thing that got me a bit frustrated: the price. Just when I was about to check out, it suddenly jumped up. I mean, who likes that kind of surprise, right? It would be so much better if they just listed the exact prices upfront. I love the dress, but I’d appreciate a heads-up about any extra costs. Still, it’s a great dress and I’m happy with my purchase, just wish the pricing was clearer.

I feel so let down by Oh Polly's customer service. It's my third time reaching out to both Oh Polly and Evri for the same problem. I made a mistake with my postcode when I ordered but quickly gave them the right one (SW1P 3DR). They said they'd fix it, but my parcel still got sent to SW19 3DR. I've told them so many times that I don't live there! This dress was for my engagement, and it's still not here. It's so frustrating, especially since there's no phone support, and the chat takes ages. After being told it was sorted, I really expected more. This whole mess has been so stressful and disappointing, and I'm losing faith in their customer service.
