    At BBA, the mentorship program is what really blew me away. Having Miroslav Popovic, or "Miro", as my mentor made all the difference. This guy is genuinely committed to students' success. He was always available, understood my struggles, and was super flexible with his schedule, even though I was in a completely different time zone. I can't believe how much I've learned! This experience has been invaluable, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it. I'm definitely planning to return once I sort out some priorities. If you're willing to put in the effort, this program can really make a difference. Can't wait to go back!

    I gotta share my experience with Elizabeth Whitaker during our SAM Registration Renewal. We had just changed our company name, and it was a mess to figure out. Elizabeth jumped in with so much know-how and professionalism, it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. She guided us through every twist and turn, making what seemed impossible totally doable. Elizabeth's the kind of person who makes you feel confident everything will be alright. I was actually looking forward to our next renewal just to work with her again. If you're tackling anything SAM-related, Elizabeth's definitely the person you want in your corner.

    I had a rough experience with a customer service rep named Alexander. It felt like he was talking over me every chance he got. I tried explaining that I had signed up for just one month, not three, but he didn't seem to care. Instead, he threw in a snarky comment about how "sometimes the truth hurts." It was really frustrating. I feel like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. I’m hoping to get this sorted out with someone who'll actually listen. If a manager could reach out to me at 623-238-2214, that'd be great. Definitely not what I expected from customer service.
