If I could give 0 stars, I would I wish I had seen other reviews before my booking! This is a scam company. After entering my payment details for a flight, the transaction repeatedly failed at the final step. Shortly afterwards, I received a phone call from an agent who claimed that the payment had failed because there was only one seat remaining on the flight (not true). I was then pressured into booking an alternative flight from a different airline (Air India) at a significantly higher price. The agent was very persuasive and assured me that he was offering a special discount, although the fare was still substantially more expensive than the original booking. Given the circumstances, I felt pressured to proceed. I was told that I only had a few minutes to make the payment or I would lose the booking altogether. As I was travelling at short notice due to a family emergency involving a seriously ill relative, I did not have the time or emotional capacity to explore other options. I believe there were likely other flights available at more reasonable prices. I also made a few special requests to add in when booking, which were never added. There were cheaper flight options available, but he told me those bookings would be declined and claimed that he had the last available seat on the flight. Because of the emergency, I trusted his advice and booked the more expensive option. Overall, I found the seller to be very dishonest. He asked why I needed to book a flight for the next day so urgently, and I explained that it was due to a family emergency. I feel he took advantage of my situation and pressured me into making a quick decision. The flight itself was also disappointing, although I do not necessarily blame the booking agent for the airline's service. More concerning was the lack of communication regarding our return flight. The return itinerary was changed, but neither the booking agent nor the airline informed us. I only discovered the change by chance when I checked the booking details a few days before departure. Failing to notify passengers of a flight schedule change is highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when booking through this website.

Their business is highly questionable. The process up to the movers pickup your stuff is as expected but everything that happens thereafter is the worst I've experienced with my various moves over the years. Typically, if there are any issues or damages after the move is complete, the process to get a refund is handled within a couple of weeks. However, I have been stuck in their process for over a month and the only way I get any communication is if I call them. There is no direct line to their claims department. Additionally, I just found out that they have a number of negative reviews on the BBB website and are not listed as a member. I moved from Hawaii to Idaho, the move itself (pickup of household goods) was seamless. However, upon delivery of my items I noticed several high dollar value items missing such as a drill/driver set, a Bose soundbar (still unopened), and the shelves for my redwood bookshelf. Additionally, I just noticed that my reclining couch was assembled haphazardly as the wires were all tangled and wrapped around the metal frame/joints. Lastly, there were items that they shipped that were not supposed to be shipped and they like everything post delivery they have not provided any solution to yet. As far as I can see, this company is full of scammers with a business license.

Pilates sessions are good, but I’d like them longer or more intense. After a while it feels like the same level without much challenge, so adding tougher options would make it more engaging.
