unlike most on line retailers there is no way to get a return tag. I wrote customer service a week ago and no answer . Tried to call one number has no "mail box set up" another number one has to leave a message ...If it is as bad as the e mail the return date will expire before they call me back. Also they charge for returning items which is wrong if the wrong size is shipped to you.
