I walked into the Paradeplatz location, expecting a straightforward experience, but instead, I met the most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered. From the moment I said hello, she was rude and dismissive, acting as if she was doing me a favor just by being there. The situation quickly escalated when she refused to answer my straightforward question, simply because I spoke high German. It felt like she was using her position to bully and intimidate me, even going as far as to call me rude when I was clearly the victim. Her behavior was authoritarian and discriminatory, leaving me feeling targeted and unwelcome. Swiss Airlines needs to address this immediately; no customer should be treated this way.
