Awful experience from start to finish and I haven’t even got there yet. From the moment of booking a 3 day trip to Bucharest including trip to draculas castle, it has been a disaster and the customer service none existent. First once I paid I was told my flights would be 11pm and returning 6 am meaning nothing like a 3 day stay. But for an extra £100 I can move my flight to a different airport and get better times to allow for a longer stay. So I paid it. Then Ryanair changed flights again which now means I have to return to a different airport. Out of TO control but my £100 was essentially wasted as I didn’t get what I paid for. Next I am told the castles aren’t actually included in the price and I would need to pay more. When I then asked the slot times I needed to book no help was given and I was just told to call a Romanian number which I can’t get through to. It has been an absolute disaster. I will never use travelodeal again

I was upfront if you are shipping by post office use my Po box not my physical address...they ship it to my physical which I do not get mail at ans pist office returns every single item..I tried intercepting the packages before the pist office returned them and every single time they were already sent back..I reached out to The Red First I would like to have my packages and offered to pay for reshipping..we will contact you once we receive them back and will resend...STILL NO PACKAGES NO OFFER TO RESHIP AT MY EXPENSE...WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...NO RUNNNNNN! CHEATERS!
