NO DELIVERY
I placed and paid in full for an order on 2 February 2026 with STYLEVANA, based on the website’s clear promise of 5-day delivery.
It has now been well over a month, and I have received nothing. There is no valid tracking number, no proof that the order has been shipped, and no meaningful communication from the company.
Customer service responses (when they reply at all) are generic, automated, and unhelpful, providing no concrete information about when — or if — my order will be delivered. Repeated attempts to obtain a tracking number or a realistic delivery date have been ignored.
At this stage, this is not a simple delay — it is payment taken without delivery, combined with misleading delivery claims and extremely poor customer service. Had the true shipping timelines or risks been disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order.
I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank due to non-delivery of goods.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this site, or only proceed if you are prepared for long delays, no transparency, and the possibility of having to recover your money through your bank rather than the retailer
