The saving you make on the product will not be worth the time you lose.

Bought the one-person cedar cold plunge and 1/3 HP chiller from Vital+. They forgot to send the plumbing tubes. That’s the whole setup. Three days later I’m still waiting. Called their number. It just rings. No voicemail, no answer, nothing. Emailed them. Takes a full 24 hours to get a reply. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Then radio silence again. Sent another email this afternoon. Still nothing. Going on day three of this. I went to Home Depot and spent about $100 on replacement tubes so I could actually use the thing I paid for. Hooked it up the way you’re supposed to. Now my garage is a mess — water everywhere. Not even sure where the leak started, but I did everything I should have. What should have been a simple hookup turned into a flooded garage and a pile of wet towels. You spend this kind of money and they can’t even put the hoses in the box. Then you can’t get a human on the phone and email support crawls. Meanwhile I’m sitting here with an expensive tub I can’t use and a wet garage. Do not buy from these people unless you enjoy chasing parts and mopping floors.
