I have their service for some months, every 3 or 4 weeks, the service comes down, when I try to reach customer service, every single time they ask me for the same questions, about my speed, if I use a VPN, and for them to Transit 3 and sometimes told me that is the app, put all the times is clear that the problem is becomes from them, they promise you something but suddenly you need to talk with another guy, so, ver bad service.
I pay my subscription for a year, and I just barely " use it" almost 2 months. Last Saturday 7th. I ask for reimbursement for the proportional use that I had, they just told me sure, is in process, today is Wednesday 11th, and since yesterday, nobody answer me, and I do no have my money back.
