I ordered a pair of shoes from Snagged & Bagged that never arrived. Although USPS marked the package as delivered, my building has both a doorman and a package management system that logs every package entering the building. There is no record whatsoever that this package was ever received.
I immediately contacted the company, explained the situation, and provided details about the missing delivery. Rather than helping investigate, offering a replacement, or providing any meaningful proof of delivery, I was simply told that USPS showed the package as delivered and that I was out of luck.
What makes this experience even worse is that I ended up paying for a second pair of shoes out of my own pocket because I still wanted the item. Despite spending additional money with the company, they refused to offer any accommodation, replacement, store credit, or refund for the original order.
I understand that shipping carriers make mistakes. What I cannot understand is a company that places 100% of the risk on the customer and provides no support when a package disappears.
The issue isn’t that a package went missing. The issue is how Snagged & Bagged chose to handle it. In my experience, once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent.
I will not be purchasing from this company again.
