I have been using happy howl for almost 1 year, ordering a large bulk order monthly for both of my large dogs. through the past 11 months i have had to reach out to customer service for multiple things, and in December due to a issue, they offered me a discount for life if I continued my subscription. I did and back in April the discount wasnt given, When i worte in they stated some things had switched in their system but they reapplied it. but i was charged FULL PRICE THAT MONTH! $400 I am ordering per month. I have writeen them multiple times regarding this and now they are saying i skipped a month, but i didnt and showed them the proof, they state i got the disount on all other months and will not refund me the difference for this month as the promotional discount expired, but i am not on a promotional discount i was promised this as long as i had a subscription! their story has changed any times now, and they have not refunded me. I will make sure i post on every review possible they do not stand behind their word, I have spent over 4K with them in less than a year and I am now going to dispute my credit card as they will not fix this. I have sent them emails with the proof, emails showing what i was charged, and yet they continue to deny refunding me. I have been able to find better food elsewhere as they only have 3 flavors and although this is easy, it is expensive and the fact they dont support their long term customers shows they are not one i want to give my money to.
