I especially love how it reacts to cycle phases - in the luteal phase there’s more leg/glute strength, in the follicular phase there are more cardio elements inside Pilates. The results are real: slimmer legs, toned arms, and the best part - I stopped feeling guilty if I miss a day (the app just offers a lighter alternative). Small minus: sometimes the recipes in the meal plan aren’t salty enough for my taste - I add salt. But that’s minor. Overall I’m very satisfied.

I ordered four items which eventually turned up and are nothing like the pictures. Quality of materials used are cheap and nasty. Requested a refund for all the items and no response. Total waste of money. Please don’t use this company
