Paid $325 or the products on 27 April, received a tracking number 2 weeks later on 11 May and no movement further. A month later. Countless emails and slow response. "We are sorry, here is a discount, we have a high demand...... Etc" I had 2 assigned contacts dealing with me. Have asked for a refund. No action. More than a month later I still do not have a product or a refund.

product came damaged and of poor quality. customer service asked for photos and a bunch of info, that i provided. They never responded from there. I have since sent them no less than 7 emails and not one was returned and there is no 800 number. So i have to imagine they get lots of complaints if they cant return emails or provide a phone number. even if the picture was not damaged, it was so dank of quality, it was not worth the money at all. Poor products and more than that, a terribly run company with zero customer support. plenty of other vendors that put the customer first, not lime and lou.

Scam site. I booked 4 tee times and pre-paid $138 per player. One of my friends got hurt and could not play and I cancelled one tee time 5 days in advance. Since the tee time was a "hot deal", they would not refund my money but gave me a credit on my account that expires in 6 months and can only be used for "hot deals" $138 that I will never see again.
