This company is not reliable. First of all the communication is terrible. The people replying to emails don't know what the people answering on messenger are doing. I actually replied on messenger the second I received an answer but still had to wait two days to get a reply. I reluctantly placed an order only to latter find out the item I really wanted to purchase was available as I interpreted rather than what the agent said. Trying to change my order was another disaster! Finally insult was that they asked me to write a good review to get my order expedited! This company is not trustworthy and they don't know the products they are selling. When I finally received my order it was as I suspected of a poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> GO SOMWHERE LELSE>

They were very well priced a few years ago, but only for new customers. They automatically put you into an auto refill, which I declined. They still renewed it and the cost was doubled. I replied to their customer service to cancel this order immediately and not to charge me. The rep was rude, said it was already shipped and nothing he can do. I still have not received notice that it was shipped so that was a lie. I asked for a discount for a returning customer. Nothing he can do. This is a scam. Signing no auto refill but still getting auto refill should be illegal. I gave them notice in time, in writing that I did not want this order.
