I would give Medvi a 0 if I could. I have been taking Zepbound 10 mg and indicated same in 2 places on their quiz along with providing them with a copy of my prescription. I was hesitant to try one of these companies but was trying to save a few bucks instead of ordering direct from El Lilly. Medvi staff has admitted in writing that they prescribed the wrong dosage despite having my prescription. I then immediately canceled my account and they refused to refund my money. Then they falsely claimed that the medication was both "shipped" and "received". They admitted to me today that it was never shipped and I have received nothing. They prescribed the wrong dosage, they claimed it was shipped when it was not, and claimed the medication was received which it was not. They basically stole my money and refuse to refund me and have stated blatant falsehoods both on the phone and in writing to try to justify their fraudulent and improper business practices. Given that they are delivering medications to people, this is just dangerous. The company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM MEDVI EVER!!!!! BE FORWARNED!!!!

I purchased a ticket to an event for around $60 and since funds are tight in the current economy I decided to take out the insurance offered by FanShield. The day before the event on Friday evening I started coughing, congestion, sore throat and a fever. Obviously I didn't attend the event that was attended by over 1,000 people. I filed a claim for a refund of the ticket price and they told me that I would have to have a doctor's note. I became sick on a Friday evening and my PCP's office is not open on the weekend. I was told that without a doctor's signed statement that I was sick and unable to attend that they would not refund the price I paid for the ticket. I guess I learned my lesson and will never buy ticket protection on another ticket and I suggest that before you buying it you read all of the fine print on what documentation is needed if you are unable to attend your event.

However, in **September 2025**, they began billing my credit card again **without my authorization** and continued charging monthly, gradually increasing the amount until it was noticed. I attempted to resolve this directly with their support team and was initially told it was a billing error, but no refund or follow-up ever occurred. The charges have since been reported as fraudulent, and we are still waiting for the unauthorized charges to be reversed. I am leaving a one-star review so this experience is documented for others.

First of all, there is no apparent way for you and the person to get off if you want to. Your treated like someone in prison, no privacy, they check text,black out phone number and emails. They post pictures of trash to get participants to have to pay extra for charms time. No doubt the pay some with pro. Pictures
