I wanted to get a pdf document signed. They charged me RS 125 for that for the 3 day full access option that I chose. The third option was for a Rs 4150 for a monthly access. I never signed up for that but they have billed me for that. I am frustrated by their unethical, misleading and unprofessional behavior. I have reached out to customer support and am waiting for them to refund Rs 4150 from my fraudulent monthly subscription. They also mislead their customer in terms of their identity - their billing goes in the name of pdfsupport.com and their website is in the name of files-editor.com.

I tried to cancel an order immediately and there was no way to cancel. They didn't respond for days and then sent me a return link that didn't work and said I need to pay $10 to return something that they should have had a way to cancel in the first place Still waiting to see if they ever get around to sending me a working way to return 2 weeks and several emails into the process. Their customer service sucks and their systems are like from the early 2000s

I have been using Skinny RX for two months now and have lost 4 lbs for $800.00. I called for assistance and to get some advice. It took 4 calls to get someone who spoke any English at all and they had no idea who I could speak with. Absolutely no guidance or oversight. Save your money, don’t bother with this worthless company!
