The price for the resort was fair and the verification process went smoothly. Check-in at the property had no issues. The website layout feels a bit dated, but otherwise it is a solid service.

Starcrest sends you an email that tells you that you have free shipping with no minimum order for that specific day only and then when you click on Shop now from the email it brings you to another page where it tells you that free shipping is only if you spend $49.. I called Customer Service on Sunday, but they were closed so I called back and spoke to a rep in the ordering department, but she could not help. I then emailed Starcrest and it came back as message failure.

This is a fake ai website. It has no conversational flow and even with spending additional thousands of dollars for custom implementation, the app is not actually conversational and does not represent real chat ai functionality as we know it. It is merely a scripted voice that can go from one question to the next and can understand somewhat of the responses but cannot really think on its own. Very limited would not recommend.

A representative guided me through the process and made some changes on the Inet side to help me reconnect properly. This was after I changed my ISP, which caused a few issues.
