    In the past 5-6 years we gave this company a lot of business and they were good in customer service. But this time their customer service was horrible specially **** he was the worst. I still have heard anything from the management and no one have contacted me so far about my complain even though I asked them many times.

    The platform is very difficult to use and the "Education/Training" is very subpar. Anytime you have issues they just want you to rebuy the program (which you already paid for). If you complain or need help they just end the chat... that is if you get an actual person instead of AI that can't answer any questions (and there is no number to call anyone). There are better run, less expensive platforms. Go elsewhere.

    I have been using happy howl for almost 1 year, ordering a large bulk order monthly for both of my large dogs. through the past 11 months i have had to reach out to customer service for multiple things, and in December due to a issue, they offered me a discount for life if I continued my subscription. I did and back in April the discount wasnt given, When i worte in they stated some things had switched in their system but they reapplied it. but i was charged FULL PRICE THAT MONTH! $400 I am ordering per month. I have writeen them multiple times regarding this and now they are saying i skipped a month, but i didnt and showed them the proof, they state i got the disount on all other months and will not refund me the difference for this month as the promotional discount expired, but i am not on a promotional discount i was promised this as long as i had a subscription! their story has changed any times now, and they have not refunded me. I will make sure i post on every review possible they do not stand behind their word, I have spent over 4K with them in less than a year and I am now going to dispute my credit card as they will not fix this. I have sent them emails with the proof, emails showing what i was charged, and yet they continue to deny refunding me. I have been able to find better food elsewhere as they only have 3 flavors and although this is easy, it is expensive and the fact they dont support their long term customers shows they are not one i want to give my money to.
