BEWARE! Our experience was a nightmare. Less than 24 hours before departure, this company could not provide a valid airline confirmation code. They then changed our itinerary and placed us on a different flight. When we arrived at the airport, Alaska Airlines told us the ticket had been issued fraudulently and was not valid. We were left scrambling at the last minute with no help or accountability from the company. I would never book with them again and urge others to be extremely cautious
The women’s photos are clear and true to life, which I appreciate a lot. Good picture quality makes it easier to know who you’re actually dealing with. It saves time and avoids disappointment when you meet in person. Feels more honest and straightforward that way.
I recommend you run the opposite direction if you see the company. They used high pressure sales tactics to make me feel I would miss out on savings if I didn’t commit the same day. When putting down a deposit they told me they didn’t accept credit cards and had to do a draft from my checking account. I moved forward initially but submitted a cancellation request the next morning due to the bad reviews I read. When I finally got in touch with customer service they told me that only credit card payments were refundable, not drafts. But a draft was the only way they would let me pay. I have disputed this with my bank and filed a complaint with BBB. I still don’t have my money at this time. Stay away from Value Added Moving!
They charge you $50 to confirm they wrote the ESA letter. Very slimy that to just press the button that says they confirm they wrote the letter they'll tack on additional fees. Wish I knew this before going through them otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.
I usually spend way too much time overthinking every sentence and constantly rewriting the same sections. Here I mostly followed the structure they provided and stopped trying to make everything perfect. It actually helped me finish much faster than usual.
