But, the colors in the proofs they sent were off, not matching my original order on at least two patches. It's been frustrating, especially since I don’t have time for endless back-and-forth emails. They should make it easier by listing each individual patch design in my account, but instead, I have to reach out to the rep every time. The design team really needs to pay more attention to detail. This whole reordering process has become more of a hassle than it should be.
