I think the reviews on their website are bogus. They have over 5k reviews but no one in off roading has never heard of them? So many reviews yet it takes them over 2 months to get a simple order out to you?
I ordered the basic wood floor structure for my jeep. I don’t even know what’s it’s called since my invoice just said 1x product, with no name or description. I order this mid May 2026. Now it’s mid July, haven’t received an email or any follow up on product. Kind of forgot about it till I saw an ad pop up on my phone. Decided to call to see where my product was. I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they ship it. At that time I asked to cancel the order since I’m not interested in ordering the drawer system that would go on top to complete the build. I don’t want to wait another 3-4 months for that to come in.
I don’t know if this is really a company. All the reviews I’ve read state the same problem. Why would you take so many orders if you’re 3
Months out? Why wouldn’t you send follow up’s to customers so they know they aren’t being scammed? If it’s taking 2+ months I’m sure they’re having these systems built in china just to be dropped shipped from them to you. On top of all this their receipt system is garbage. Mine didn’t even have an order number or description of what I purchased, just said product and had a price. At least make that look legit. You call customer service to cancel the order and you can’t even provide an order number because they never give you one 😂 I’d look elsewhere
