SCAM SCAM SCAM I had one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had with BookOnline.com. I booked a reservation on January 18 and quickly realized I needed to cancel. When I tried less than 24 hrs later, I was told I was not eligible for a refund — but the cancellation policy they referenced said the deadline was January 16, which was BEFORE I even made the reservation.
I contacted BookOnline multiple times and they insisted it was the hotel’s responsibility. I called the hotel and they said the opposite — it was a third-party reservation and the hotel could not cancel/refund it.
BookOnline refused to resolve the issue or take accountability, so I had to file a DISPUTE with my credit card company. This whole experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead.
