    I am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience with Hellymoon due to deceptive practices, poor product quality, and an unreasonable return process. First, the shipping timeline was significantly longer than expected, as the product was shipped from China without clear disclosure upfront. The extended lead time was not communicated transparently at the time of purchase, which set incorrect expectations. When the item finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing and did not match the product description or images advertised online. The item appeared to be completely misrepresented, and I felt misled by what was marketed versus what I actually received. The return process was unnecessarily complicated and burdensome. I was required to provide multiple forms of documentation, including detailed photos of the item, packaging, receipt, and proof of shipment with tracking. Additionally, I was responsible for paying return shipping costs, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. After the item was returned and received, I was then informed—only at that point—that additional fees would be deducted, including shipping, restocking, and handling charges. As a result, I was charged an additional $40 and only received a $100 refund, despite returning the product in full. This experience reflects a lack of transparency, misleading product representation, and unfair return policies. I would not recommend this company and advise others to proceed with caution.

    Booked on line and no show. Had to chase up on phone told they couldn’t make it and it would be tomorrow! Moved the appointment to anytime all day on the Friday. Same issue no calls and no show. Then guaranteed the first call of the day on Monday….no show again! Told van issues! Really bad waste of time!

    I am new to this and was not sure before, but hosting makes it easy for me. Miner is running good, no issue so far. Support is quick, I write message and get reply fast. They explain in simple way so I understand, now I just monitor and thats it, very easy.

    Got this memory program from my kids last Christmas. They wanted me to jot down my stories and memories, which was sweet. I'm 82, and my hands aren't what they used to be, so I use a stylus on my iPhone. First hiccup? The program wasn't iPhone-friendly. My kids and I wrestled with it until we contacted support. Turns out, it was on their end, and they eventually made it compatible, but that took a while. Then, out of nowhere, my photos and captions vanished after an update. After reaching out again, they helped restore most of it. Now I’m back on track, fingers crossed it stays smooth. It would've been nice if it was more user-friendly from the start.

    You know, I had a pretty good experience with this purchase. Shipping was surprisingly quick, which was awesome. The gun itself? Really nice, exactly what I was hoping for. There was this one hiccup, though—something was missing that should've come with the gun. Reaching out to customer service took a bit longer than I'd like, but once I got through, they were super friendly and sorted everything out fast. Honestly, can’t complain about that. Plus, the price was unbeatable, so I’m definitely satisfied overall.

    Using Memorygram to capture my Mom's story was an amazing journey. There were options for suggested questions or you could create your own, which was pretty cool. Rearranging the questions was a breeze, and adding or removing them was no trouble at all. The standout feature for me was recording answers and being able to edit the transcription, if needed. Adding photos to her story made it even more special, and it was all included in one price, no hidden fees. I’m so excited to give the book to my Mom for Mother's Day. It’s a beautiful way to tell her story, in her own words, and I learned so much about her life.
