We paid out of pocket for a medication to be delivered and it took 8 days in transit. The medication needed to be cold. It was shipped with ice packs in an insulated container. The medication shipped out of a pharmacy 30 minutes from my house in PA, went down to Texas and a tour and then came to me 8 days later…WARM, ice packs melted. I reached out to the company late March to tell them what occurred and that we needed to rectify the issue. It’s been 3 weeks and there’s still no resolution and they’ve stopped replying to me. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company today. Customer service is clearly lacking here. Should’ve been a cut and dry situation. I get other meds from specialty pharmacies and I’ve never had any issues. This is just not acceptable.

Inwas rather looking for some fun braintraining in short daily excercices . This app goes much deeper and seemed not to be what I was looking for. For those that it matches it will be great.
