    Stack Moves

Dirty bins. Waste of money. I thought this would be a good idea for a short move. Literally just to an apartment a few blocks away. I gave myself a couple days to load the crates but when I went to start loading, I realized the crates were dirty. There's dog hair and crumbs in every bin. They said they'd have someone reach out to me, which has yet to happen, but I have to start packing so I'm having to vacuum then wipe down each crate before packing it up. Totally defeats the purpose of me throwing all my stuff in at the last minute and will now have to take a day off work because of all the added time. Total waste of my money. I would've been better off buying boxes and packing them up the last couple of weekends like I normally do when I move. A lot of added stress to an already stressful time. I do not recommend.

    WinRed.com

Like many others here, I've made contributions to candidates. So, sad that I will not ever make a donation again. I'm now getting 40+ texts a day. It's complete B**.

    CrabDynasty.com

I ordered "giant scallops" from Crab Dynasty and received "jumbo scallops" instead. The product was not what I paid for, and when I contacted them asking for a refund or correct replacement they refused. No accountability and unacceptable customer service. I won’t order from them again and would not recommend ordering anything from this scam company.

    UR.co.uk

I used UR Mobile to sell my iPhone 15 Pro Max (256GB, unlocked) based on their advertised pricing and promise of fast payments. My experience was extremely disappointing. They initially offered £490, then reduced it to £355 citing vague issues with battery health, with no proof provided. Even after accepting their revised offer of £420, payment was delayed beyond the stated 7 working days, with repeated excuses and no confirmed payment date. When I requested my phone be returned, they refused to send it back. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful on the phone. It appears they advertise higher prices to appear competitive on comparison sites, then offer much less when you sell your device. After 7 working days, I have still had no payment and no proper explanation, forcing me to escalate through formal legal channels. I would strongly advise against using UR Mobile. They cannot be trusted to honor their offers or provide timely payment, and their communication is poor at best.

    iD Mobile

I cannot say how bad ID Mobile are in words. I ordered an Iphone 17 on overnight delivery. DPD say they tried to deliver my phone but nobody was in, despite me being in all day and my cctv not showing any delivery attempt at all. I was told they would redeliver the following day which they did. I was working away so my wife took delivery, when I arrived home that evening my son was really upset as the phone was for him and they had delivered an Iphone 17 Promax in Blue which was not what we ordered. It gets worse as we opened the box to find it was a fake phone so I took it straight to Currys store. Here i was told it was indeed a fake as when it was turned on it had an Android operating system and they confirmed it was a Samsung phone in an Apple shell. I asked if they would replace it for what was ordered and Abdulah the assistant accused me of trying to scam them and told me he 'thought i was trying it on and he didn't believe me'. After loosing my mind in store he finally admitted he should not have accused me of such thing, this was after the manager intervened and told me I would need to launch a complaint with ID. This I done the very next morning, I provided images of the fake phone, images and video of DPD driver as well as images of the unopened packaging. I was told 15 days ago they would need to launch an investigation with DPD and it would take 6 days. I now contact them daily to see how things have progressed and get 'we haven't completed the investigation as yet, call again tomorrow'. If you look online this seems to be a common issue with ID Mobile and they all seem to end up with the customer out of pocket and with no phone. My experience has taught me two things do not trust either ID Mobile to help if there is a delivery issue and never to order a phone online - Particularly if it's being delivered by DPD. Please check all the phone delivery issues with DPD before ordering a phone, there is a scam that nobody really wants to except and put the blame on the consumer. In short AVOID ID MOBILE AT ALL COSTS.
