    I ordered an item from the website and after waiting for almost a month i received the wrong items. Afterwards i contacted customer support and received a tardy mail back in which i was told the item was correct and that only the packaging was changed due to the site not being updated yet. The item however was completely different and the website still offered the item id originally ordered with the same name, packaging and discription. The response was clearly AI generated and a lie. I mailed again and after waiting another week i was told id be sent a replacement soon. Without apoligy or without having taken accountability it seems that they hope il forget about it. Id never order from here again and sincerely advise against others bringing this company any traffic. I wish i could rate this even lower.

    Store came ready, fulfillment runs on its own, shipping times have been consistent. Spent way less time on logistics than I expected and more on actually growing the store.

    I have brought several pieces from Zotic and they tarnished so I had to send them back. I’ve called Customer Service several times and left messages. No one has called me back and I have not received my item back in return.

    I was looking to order some mugs from them but when going through the process came across two items that concerned me. One was a $6.99 fee for "protective packing" and the other was for "insurance in case items are damaged" I've ordered items like this via Amazon and NEVER had to pay extra fees to protect the shipment. Why the fees? Are they that poorly packaged? Or is this just another way to bump up the revenue?

    I ordered bifocal glasses. It took about a month to get. The bifocal was a but high or me. They remade the lenses and lowered the bifocal. I opted to change the lenses myself. Took about 3 weeks but I have them and at a great price.

    My wife and I signed up to go to a presentation for a vacation package from VacationOffer.com. We had to put down a $99 deposit, which was refundable after we went to the presentation. We received a 3 night stay at a hotel in Orlando for going to the presentation, but we still had to pay for resort fees. We did not purchase the vacation package and were told we would receive our $99 deposit refund. After a month we called and we were told their system was unable to process refunds. We called just about every month for the next 5 months with the same answer. The seventh month after the presentation we were told that they needed to have our account checked out and someone would call. We waited over 2 months for that call and nothing. We called and when they looked at our account they said we were not eligible for a refund with no explanation why. They said that someone from the refund department would call. I am not going to hold my breath. Do not do business with this company they scammed us and it took 10 months to say no refund. They are crooks.

    I haven't used a filter yet but they look right. I hope they work because the price is right. Package arrived quickly
