I am beyond frustrated with this company. I ordered my hair over a week ago and spent $250, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. No updates, no movement, no transparency — just my money gone.
What makes this even worse is that I ordered several other items for an upcoming trip from an international company, and those items have already shipped. How is it that products coming from overseas are moving faster than something shipping from right here in the United States? That makes absolutely no sense.
The lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have called their number over 50 times today alone and no one answers. The automated system is useless. Their website clearly states that chat support is available from 10AM–5PM PST, which is simply not true because the chat is not active during those hours. Advertising support hours and not honoring them is misleading and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I paid through ZIP, and I cannot even request a refund because the item hasn’t shipped yet. So now I am stuck in limbo — no product, no communication, and no refund option. That is absolutely ridiculous. Customers should not be penalized because a company fails to ship an order.
At this point, this feels like a complete lack of accountability. No communication, no shipping update, no real customer support, and now no way to easily recover my money. This is unacceptable.
If I do not receive immediate confirmation and movement on my order, I will be disputing this charge through my bank. $250 is not a small amount of money to just ignore. Do better.
