    I decided to splurge on a couple of dresses, spending close to £200. I was really looking forward to getting them in two days as promised. Then, out of the blue, I got a message saying they wouldn’t even be in the warehouse until 7th June. Talk about a letdown! With prom just around the corner, I’m now scrambling to find another option that can actually deliver on time. It's frustrating that they took my money before letting me know the dresses weren’t in stock. This experience has been so disappointing. I can’t see myself ordering from this place again.

    I decided to give Glowright a try despite hearing mixed reviews, and boy, was it an experience. First off, my package took a whopping three weeks to arrive. And when it finally did, the delivery driver just left it on my doorstep for anyone to take. Surprise, surprise, it was gone by the time I got home. Customer service wasn’t much help either. They argued, insisting the package was delivered, and only reluctantly replaced the order, refusing a refund. When the lights finally arrived, I was initially impressed with how they looked and the ease of installation. But that’s where the excitement ended. Charging them was a nightmare—15 hours for a full charge, only to last a week with minimal use. Plus, one light flickers terribly, and the sensor range is laughably short. Honestly, I expected better for the price. Feels like a cheap product with a fancy website. Not worth it.

    Swiss International Air Lines

    Flying with Swiss International Air Lines was a real hassle. Everything felt disorganized right from the start. The planes seemed old, and a lot of seats were broken. It was like nobody really cared. Safety checks seemed skipped—nobody even made sure my seatbelt was fastened before takeoff on one flight, which was kinda scary. On another flight, a flight attendant rudely woke me up just to check my seatbelt, even though it was fastened. Ground staff wasn't any better. We warned them about our broken suitcase zipper, but they made us check it anyway, even though there was room on board. Our luggage ended up lost, and they weren't helpful at all. Plus, the food service was alarming. We asked about peanuts due to an allergy, and the crew had no clue what was in the meals. It was a nerve-wracking experience, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. I’ll think twice before flying with them again.
