We loved the idea of these products and everything appeared great on their website. We ordered first then looked at reviews and found many negative reviews. We contact them immediately to cancel the order. They responded promptly and told us that they would look into it. Several days later, the items shipped. Several days after that, we received another response that it was too late because the items had shipped. The clothing is very poor quality and not at all comfortable. The bags are very thin and poorly made. Great idea and can definitely support their mission, if it is legitimate, but would rather simply make a donation than receive these poorly made products.

I had pretty high expectations going into this, and **** still managed to exceed every single one. We hired **** for a milestone birthday celebration in ****, and the biggest challenge was mixing my family’s more traditional tastes with my own vision for a modern, chic party. They absolutely nailed it. The design looked like something out of a high-end editorial - elegant, stylish, and unique, not the typical “copy-paste” setups you see at so many events. The team handled everything seamlessly, from coordinating with local **** vendors to managing a very diverse guest list. The whole night at **** felt magical. Not one stressful moment. Just pure professionalism and creativity. Truly a team you can trust with an important personal event.

Sent pm a few days ago to get things sorted and am then told that details were missing and was asked to fill in the EXACT same details that was already filled in from the form. Either they didn't include all information that was filled in when sending to order to be delivered or someone fumbled. Either way this leaves a very poor aftertaste. I now have to wait another 14-16 days when the total delivery time should've been 9-17 days. Order date: 2025/11/13 18:37 Now I have another 14-16 days to wait AKA over 30 days due to this. At least it will arrive sometime before Xmas with some luck but fuck damn. Will never in my life order from this site again. Nor will I recommend anyone to use it. I will as a matter in fact asked everyone to stay clear of it due to the poor handling of things. They did handle the issue fast once they started tracking it and sorting things out, I will give them that but don't bother sending a mail. Just send a message over facebook instead.

Absolutely waste of time and money. This order was posted to the incorrect address. After attempting to have this rectified over and over. They insisted that my Canada post registered address is not real. So went off and posted my item to another Provence. Pathetic experience.

Too expensive and too many tricky photo prices. We bought a small box for $60 but as we were filling it we’re only allowed to put two items in it! Two slides or photos to be digitalizes! Not a full box of things. Who pay $60 to get two photos digitalized? We were also under the impression that an album page (front and back) was $2.50 each. Turns out it’s $5.00 each. So this is too confusing and expensive for us. Plus you have to pay up to $1,000 for cloud storage space. We haven’t even got our things back so I can’t speak to the quality of their work yet but these prices are way too much and their boxes are not straightforward. They want us to pay about $500 including their so-called discounts. Wish id never been sucked into this.
