    I rented a car, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The car itself was pretty decent, and the staff definitely knew their stuff, which made the process smooth. However, when I got inside the car, I noticed the windows were kinda foggy, which was a bit annoying. They could've done a better job cleaning it. Also, there was a bit of a wait at the check-in counter. Felt like they needed more people working there. But, on the bright side, dropping off the car was super easy and quick. Overall, not too bad but a few improvements could make it better.

    I thought I'd spruce up my kid's room with a cute ballerina bunny pillow. What a disappointment! The pillow looked absolutely nothing like the advertised photos. The bunny was all distorted and the letter W on it? Completely misshaped and warped. It was filled so unevenly, it had creases and wrinkles everywhere, like a bad DIY project. I figured customer service would help, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. Getting a refund felt like jumping through hoops, and even then, they weren't offering a full one. Misleading advertising at its finest, with poor quality to match. Not sure how they can misrepresent things so badly. Don't fall for it like I did.

I don’t even want a refund; I just want a replacement dress without any damage. This experience has been really disappointing.
