I had a disappointing experience with Closers.io's sales process. The conversation became uncomfortable when I was not ready to make an immediate purchasing decision. Instead of feeling like I was having a thoughtful consultation, I felt pressured to decide on the spot.
When I expressed hesitation, the tone of the conversation changed. The salesperson made comments that I found discouraging, including telling me I was "never going to succeed." He also said, "you may smell my commission breath, but what are you going to do without us." When I decided not to move forward, he stated, "You wasted hours of my time, and don't ever expect me to follow up with you."
Regardless of whether a customer decides to buy, a sales conversation should remain respectful and professional. My experience left me feeling that the focus was on closing the sale rather than understanding whether the service was the right fit for me.
