I booked a discounted DFW–DAC fare shown on the website and paid the listed amount. An hour later I received a call saying the ticket was unavailable and they urged me to rebook for the following month with no checked baggage and no carry-on allowed on an intercontinental flight. I refused that date and objected to the baggage restriction, and I requested a refund, which they denied. I spoke with multiple representatives but could neither obtain a refund nor a valid ticket. I have filed a dispute with my Amex and hope they resolve it. I plan to report this company to the FTC. THEY ARE SCAMMERS located in India.
