Unexpected $300 charge after a forgotten trial cancellation I forgot to cancel my Domestika trial and was charged $300 for a subscription I did not intend to continue. This is a substantial amount for me, and the charge has caused serious financial stress. I understand that I missed the cancellation deadline, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I have requested a full refund and hope Domestika will consider my circumstances.

I like the filters they work well, but they are a little expensive. If they were a little cheaper, I could afford to change my filter a little more often. I live way out in the country in the middle of nowhere on a well, so our water is our lifeline out here. and we sure wish you did some kind of military discount. It would be very helpful.

I am a landlord in Auburn, Washington, and I have been a paying Furnished Finder customer for over five years. I am filing this complaint because Furnished Finder is refusing to remove a guest review of my listing that contains false statements, even though I provided evidence disproving them. A former guest posted a review claiming I failed to return her deposit, kept her belongings, and was rude to her. The facts are as follows. Her deposit of $300 was returned by Zelle. The first transfer sat pending in her own account for three weeks; when she texted me about it, I canceled that transfer and re-sent it, and she received the funds. The "belongings" she claims I kept were a package she had mailed to the house after she had already moved out. I live three hours from the property, I never touched the package, and I never met this guest in person at any point. Months after she moved out, in July of 2026, she came to the home unannounced and rang the doorbell repeatedly when none of her former housemates lived there anymore, then sent me a series of texts and calls within about ten minutes, late at night. I disputed the review through Furnished Finder's process and offered my text messages and screenshots documenting all of the above. On October 30, 2026, Furnished Finder declined to remove the review. A platform that charges landlords for listings should not knowingly keep a demonstrably false review posted against one after being given proof.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this platform; I made a purchase once and had a bad experience—they refused to issue a refund for a service I chose not to use.

Hoped jacket came today and it absolutely beautiful. Was expecting sweatshirt type but this is really nice nylon and fleece inside and graphics and colors are beautiful. So glad to have it.

I feel like this is a scam. I was curious so I placed an order on October 3 and was charged $34.00 By October 22, I had heard nothing after the initial order confirmation. I emailed the company to cancel, since it hadn’t shipped, and my email was returned due to high volume. Eventually someone responded on Oct. 26 and said that since my order had shipped they couldn’t cancel but could offer me a 30% refund - I thought this meant on the original order. Then on October 29, I received a second charge for $29!! That email said “subscription.” I still hadn’t even received the first order! Trying to contact this company is a joke. I get return emails that they can’t respond due to high volume. I’ve filed complaints with PayPal, and they’ve cancelled my “subscription” payments so I won’t be charged again, but that’s still $63 down the drain. I finally received my original order on October 31 and the smell gave me a headache as soon as I unwrapped the box. I never even opened the bottle - it was that pungent. I’ve emailed asking for return and refund instructions, but of course I haven’t heard back yet.
