Football shirts took more than a month to arrive in the Netherlands from China. After returning the items I have still not received any money back. Contact with customer support has been polite but so far no results after 2 months.

When I first jumped on the OneMiners site I was kinda lost. The layout and options didn't click right away. But I watched a couple of their youtube guides and suddenly it all made sense, like "oh okay, that's how you navigate and check stuff" After that, setting up the miner and watching it run was straightforward. Everything's been working exactly like they said. No weird glitches or surprises so far. Once you get past the initial "where do I click?" moment, it's actually pretty easy to use. Glad I checked the vidoes!

As soon as I got on my inbox was flooded. Every message I answered someone else popped up at the same exact time. It seems crazy that that many people were from my hometown but I was hopeful. Once I was on it for a few hours I realized that the chats are AI generated. I could not get one "person" to answer very specific questions about the town that we supposedly both live in. Then I realize the questions are formatted very similarly the verbiage is the same and I spent several hours chatting with AI. If there is anyone real on this site I never connected with them I told everyone I was getting off the site in a matter of hours and if they wanted to keep in touch they should share their number. Every single one made an excuse and that's because none of them are real. I deleted all my photos and changed all my info to be incorrect. Even with all that I was getting messages from new people every single minute. In the wee hours of the night on a weekday. You ask these supposed people a question they can't answer they ignore you and then pop up later and completely ignore your question and try to keep you chatting presumably to generate more revenue for the website. It's pretty slick but it's not that slick. It becomes clear that this site is completely illegitimate. If you want to chat with AI you can do it for free elsewhere. I screenshot it the screen with customer service email there's also a phone number. I used email and got them to refund me completely and I even verified it on PayPal that they had processed it immediately because I planned on requesting a chargeback for misrepresentation.

There are a few areas where the platform could be more user-friendly. GlowHost offers a good balance between performance, support, and reliability. The servers are stable, and most features work exactly as expected. Customer service is helpful, though not always instant.

I only gave 1 star because itwouldn’t let me give zero stars!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money and promise delivery within hours only to not deliver and when I called to ask questions they literally said THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO and HUNG UP ON ME. It’s been 3 days and my flowers have still not arrived at the delivery location. The tracking system says there is no order under the order # or my last name. I’ve gotten 1 email about balloons and I didn’t order balloons. At this point I have contacted my bank as I’ve gotten no answers from this company as to where the arrangement is. I paid $100 and now had no money to buy an alternative for my daughter’s birthday.
