For reference, the two dresses I received cost $150 in total, and I am now forced to go through a complicated process just to return items that should never have been sent in this condition. Another concerning point is the reviews. When reading the feedback online, it appears that many negative reviews describe very similar experiences (delayed shipping, poor quality items, refund difficulties). At the same time, many of the 5-star reviews seem questionable and do not look like genuine customer experiences, which makes the rating difficult to trust. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and it is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I regret purchasing from this company and I would strongly recommend that others avoid this website.
