Joy was quite understanding when I shared
Joy was quite understanding when I shared my annoyance and figured out that I had made the error myself. She didn’t show any impatience or let her attitude shift negatively when the mistake came to light. She remained very professional, even though I kept apologizing. Joy stayed calm and seemed to understand my concerns well. Overall, she managed the situation smoothly and gave me the impression that she knew exactly what I was looking for.

Nothing less than great. I sent in a long and confusing resume, and they transformed it into a clear, easy-to-read document. I shared it with three friends, acting like I did it all, and they were really amazed. They were fast and helpful when I asked them to include some details I had missed.
