I’m beyond frustrated with this company. They claimed to have a "replacement order" for me, but I never got a new order number or tracking info. Here I am again, trying to track down my order. It's exhausting and feels like a scam. Getting one piece of merchandise shouldn’t be this hard. Now, they’re saying my item will arrive early January, but I seriously doubt it. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from them. This has been nothing but a headache.

Ordered my stuff on the 6th, got a shipping notice on the 11th. Since then, the delivery date keeps changing every day, but no actual updates or ETA. Tracking is useless. Emailed customer service twice, they just say it's enroute. Duh, I can see that myself! Asked for a refund, but no response. Seriously, this is so frustrating! Feels like I'm getting nowhere. Gonna keep pushing until they sort this out. Not impressed at all.

The image was just slapped on there, like it was glued or something. It felt really cheap and nasty, not worth the price at all. On the bright side, the customer service wasn't too bad. They were pretty quick and nice enough to deal with. Ordered on October 21 and it showed up in Sydney by November 6. Still, not happy with the product itself.
