The Toyota Prius I have runs real nice, it's been steady and saves alot on gas. The folks at customer service been helpfull and getting things fixed up don't take long at most Pep Boys places, depends if they're busy or not. Only thing is if you pass your miles, they charge $31.97 for each 100 miles over, sounds small but it can build up fast when money's tight. A good thing is the leasing company gives better insurance prices than what I'd get from my usual agents like State Farm or Farmers, so that's a big help. You end up saving way more than if you went to a dealer and dropped 3 to 5 grand plus monthly payments.

The flexibility and value are decent, and we are really liking the car. When we first got it, there was a strong smoke smell. We thought about swapping it for another car, but the local management suggested an ozone treatment and gave us a $100 discount ($50 for regular maintenance and $50 for the extra inconvenience). The car still has a slight smoke odor, though it's much better now. I can't give a 5 star rating because that whole situation was a bit annoying, but overall, everything is good.

I have had a good experience overall. I keep telling my friends and coworkers about flex car. The driving score has really been helping me improve as a driver. The one thing I dislike is when my score drops because of my morning commute, especially when it’s raining. But other than that, my flex car experience has been good and super convenient. Thanks!

The company is okay, but it would be better if they had more miles or unlimited miles. I got the car for backup, but now I have to use it a lot, which makes it costly with paying for miles. But Flex made it easy to get the car. No other issues, maybe they could give bonus miles monthly.

I’m really happy with the cars and the service. My only issue is the car change fee- it feels really high and stops people from changing cars when swapping every few months could be handy and keep a customer for long. I would make it $100 max- it’s mainly just paperwrok.

It’s fine… I don’t like the tracker. Feels like I’m being watched and I also don’t like that the driving score never resets. Oh and the $70 in extra charges. $17 for using my debit card plus $50 in taxes. I thought my monthly bill would be $569, but it’s actually $637.

Sign up was easy, but car was not good when delivered. Interior had many marks and debris. Third row seat won't fold down right. Cleaning is my job or pay heavy fee. Changing plans is confusing. Wish I could choose plan for next cycle. Billing is confusing too.

I’ve been using FlexCar in Cyprus for over two years. The vehicle quality and paperwork are decent, but the process of returning a car is horrible. It took them months to inspect the vehicle, and I had to fight hard just to get my deposit and money back. I even had to threaten them with legal action, and I’m still waiting for the money they owe me – it’s been three months since I returned the car in perfect condition. This whole situation is disappointing and unprofessional. Maybe the company is struggling with money or maybe they think customers will give up after a while – or maybe both? I’m not sure. I won’t be using them again.

I’ll keep it short. They had one responsibility, which was to follow through on their promises as a brand. Their membership fee is a joke, and you have to wait two weeks just to get an oil change. They charge $249 for the membership, and it feels pointless at this stage. On the bright side, the car I got was at least solid in terms of its core mechanics. There’s this overage fee they want you to pay upfront, not when the actual monthly bill is due. Honestly, I’ve been to buy here pay here places, and this is just as bad. This company is not worth it, stay away!

Poor service!
I booked my car on May 13th and planned to get it on May 19th. On the pick-up day, they called to say my car needed a headlight fixed. They said they would call me again after the work was done the same day. But instead, they emailed me saying I must wait one more week to get my car. This is really causing me trouble going back and forth to work. They didn’t even offer me another car.

All these extra charges and increases are annoying, and the cars aren’t very good. Both cars I had ended up being towed because of problems. It feels like a waste of money, in my opinion.

I was shocked to go this Flex Car website and find out that they rip you off and mislead people here too! I am still doing more research out there on this company because I thought it would be a great idea for them to ever come up with this. Until I decided to read through all the requirements to lease a vehicle from them. Everyone must always read every single detail more than once when it’s too good to be true. I thought wow what a breakthrough! Until I got to the part about Membership fees etc there are several fees yet the claim they have no hidden fees. They use these words to trick you up! Be aware thank God I did not put any hard work of money into this yet! I looked again upon reading this they say no down payments but it’s sneaky here because they do require upfront payment and fees which is close to a $2000 payment when all is said and done no matter what vehicle you choose and they also require you to add more insurance to the free liability insurance they give you. And no this is not upfront and clear enough for many to over stand! And I do understand sales and marketing techniques but today I choose the upfront honest truth than any bs sales and marketing for whatever I decide to purchase in my life because we as people individuals etc have been lied to and oppressed now for over 1000 years🙏🏽😔please stop the capping on these sales and market because the word on YouTube is FlexCar lies! Thank you I’m free🫡💯
