I couldn't find dem Munich airport. Spent 40 mins searching. Poor directons. Very amteur compny. Not cheap also when all costs counted up.

My experience with the company

My experience with the company was quite disappointing. When I picked up my first car, I immediately noticed the oil/service lamp was on, so the car had to be switched. Then, with the second car, there was a tire pressure warning lamp, which I assumed meant it had been checked but not reset. After driving 300 miles, I found a nail in the tire, and the pressure was dangerously low. I tried calling the provided number multiple times over three days, leaving several messages, but no one answered or called back. When I contacted the head office, they were too busy to take my call and directed me to write an email. I ended up wasting half a day of my time visiting my family to have the tire repaired and paid for it myself. When I returned the car on Sunday evening, the customer service representative was apologetic and promised a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. To add to the frustration, I realized on Monday morning that I had left my expensive sunglasses in the car, which was my responsibility. Despite calling several times and having my sister check on Tuesday, nothing was found. It's disappointing that you can't trust your coworkers. Overall, my experience with the company was far from satisfactory.

Impressed with the warm service at Belgrade airport, the car was swiftly delivered in excellent condition – almost brand new and impeccably clean. However, my enthusiasm waned as the deposit remained locked for nearly three weeks post-return, a considerable contrast to competitors who manage it within two days. While the overall experience was positive, addressing the delayed deposit issue would significantly enhance satisfaction.

Terrible experience with this company! Beware of hidden charges. Without a credit card, my car hire cost skyrocketed from £170 to £400. Upon return, they falsely accused me of chipping the windscreen, charging an additional £400. Despite purchasing full insurance, it shockingly excluded glass coverage. Thinking you're saving money? Think again. Avoid this company – deceptive practices will leave you spending more than reputable hire companies.

I reserved a car through this company via Expedia, anticipating a smooth experience. Upon my arrival in Cancun, I promptly called for the scheduled airport pickup, as per their policy. Shockingly, they notified me via WhatsApp about an overbooked situation, leaving me without a rental. Despite having prepaid, they directed me to contact Expedia for a refund. Strangely, when I reached out to Expedia, they claimed I had canceled, denying my refund. Thankfully, I had saved the conversation screenshots, allowing me to report the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company. A cautionary tale—booking with them may leave you stranded at an international airport, footing the bill.
