The company has good customer

The company has good customer service and affordable rates. However, I encountered an issue with the car I rented as the cruise control didn't work. Despite this problem, the overall experience was positive. They promptly offered a discount and took the car for repairs when I informed them about the issue. Additionally, they reached out to apologize after I posted my review.

I tried Rent-A-Wreck after reading some reviews

I tried Rent-A-Wreck after reading some reviews, and it turned out to be okay. The cost was fair, the car worked fine, and it got me where I needed to go. The staff were nice and helpful. One thing though, Google Maps struggles to find it, so look for Empress car rental instead if you're in St. Maarten.

Doing business here is easy.

Doing business here is easy. The shuttle service to and from the airport was smooth. There was a bit of confusion with the reservation location, still showing the Simpson Bay address. The rate was fair, but the $1000 hold on my card seemed excessive! Apart from that, the service was good!

The customer service

The customer service was absolutely dreadful! It was so appalling that we decided not to pick up the car. Instead, we opted to rent from Avis. If we are billed for any charges, we will definitely dispute them and make sure to share our experience with the world on social media.

The customer service at the front

The customer service at the front desk was quite lacking in friendliness, and the individual there didn't appear very enthusiastic about their role. Their facial expression resembled that of someone who had just tasted a very sour lemon.

This company took our

This company took our money and never provided us with the service we booked. We arranged this service through Expedia, which was likely the issue. I'll also NEVER use Expedia again.
