I am very upset with Hotwire for giving wrong details in my online itinerary. Even though we booked our flight months ahead, the "My Trips" section showed the wrong departure date, saying our flight was today when it actually left yesterday. I trusted Hotwire to manage our travel plans, and this mistake made us miss our flight. Now, my kids and I can't be with our family for Christmas, and they are very sad about it. This situation is not acceptable and has caused a lot of stress, money lost, and a huge disruption to our plans. On top of that, it's heartbreaking to miss such an important time with family. Hotwire's carelessness with the details and their failure to give correct information is worrying, and I advise others to be careful when using their services.
