Measured the gap, picked the 1 inch kit, and installed in under an hour. Instructions were simple and the adhesive bond feels stout. First storm, garage stayed dry.

Works well, choose size wisely

Ordering was straightforward and shipping quick. The threshold sealed great on the high side of our slightly uneven floor, but I had to shim one spot. Cleanup of extra adhesive took patience. Once cured, it blocked leaves and water like a champ.

I felt satisfied with the waterproofing. Our sedan brushes the 2 inch size a bit, so I’d downsize next time. Still a good fix.

Great adhesive for bonding and sealing rubber threshold seals. I used the rest of the tube to seal parts around my roll-up door, on the outside of where the threshold seal fits. This product works much better than silicone if you want something that lasts longer.

Gosh, what a review! I'd say this company's product is downright excellent. I gave it a whirl on my driveway, which slopes down to my basement garage. We had some serious rain in January, and the water overflowed onto the driveway, causing a flood in the basement. But this thingamajig will stop that from happening again. It's sturdy, easy to drive over, and the 2-inch height is just right for what I needed.

While interacting with the staff regarding the application, they emphasized that the product should be applied at temperatures of 50 degrees or above.
