    Thank you so much, Judy!

I recently had a great experience with Judy and wanted to share. Honestly, I didn't expect things to go this smoothly. Judy was incredibly patient and super sweet throughout everything. She really made the whole process a breeze. If I could, I'd give her a 12 out of 10! She's definitely a gem for this company. Thank you so much, Judy!

I’ve been dealing with Edward, and he's been awesome. Really fast, super attentive, and very patient. He got in touch with me like 30 minutes after I asked about the car. Securing the vehicle was a breeze, didn’t expect it to be that smooth. Excited to see how the rest of this goes, but so far, it's been a great experience.

I recently scored an awesome deal on a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The whole process went so smoothly, with super clear communication from start to finish. The transactions were easy and I got paid right away. Honestly, I wouldn't think twice about using Driveway again. I've even told my coworker about it already.

    We stumbled upon a 2019

We stumbled upon a 2019 model with just 18,200 miles, exactly what we wanted, and honestly, it felt like winning the lottery. After scouring the internet for days, this was the gem none of the other sites had. Driveway offered a sweet deal, so we couldn’t resist. The whole buying thing took a bit of patience, but worth it. Elizabeth kicked things off, making sure the car was ours and handling the insurance stuff. Mireya handled the contracts and payment bits, even though some papers needed to be UPS-ed for notary. Jaylynn got our registration sorted, while Darren organized the delivery. It took 13 days for the car to arrive, and though the temporary tag situation was a hassle, our Private MVD sorted it. Loving the car now!

    I recently went through the

I recently went through the car-buying process with Driveway and had a mostly good experience. They kept me updated consistently, which was reassuring. However, I did run into a couple of hiccups. For one, even after putting down a payment, the car isn’t reserved until all paperwork is done. I had to specifically ask my rep to contact the dealership to hold the vehicle, which was a bit annoying. Another problem is with the vehicle registration. My temporary tags are about to expire in two weeks, and despite sending all necessary info and following up multiple times via email, I haven’t gotten any response from their side. It’s a bit frustrating, but overall, the experience was fairly positive.

    Such a great time

I had a great time working with Marco from Driveway, he really knows his stuff. Marco was super helpful, answering all our questions and always getting back to us quickly, even with our different time zones. We managed to trade and get a BMW delivered right to our driveway in no time. We had a bad run with Carvana before – they wanted to delay delivery for months when we were all set to sign. Not cool. Marco and Driveway turned things around for us. For anyone looking to upgrade their ride, these guys are solid. I’m giving them 4 stars for now, just waiting to check out the car once it arrives, then I'll probably bump it to 5.

    I bought a car

I bought a car and overall, the experience was pretty good. The customer service team was quick and made the whole process easy. Throughout the purchase, I talked to several different people, which was a bit confusing. One guy promised to send the owner's manual for my Jeep overnight if I signed some forms to speed up the shipping. Sadly, I never got that manual, and his dishonesty was disappointing. Everything else went smoothly, though. They even did a follow-up to ensure everything was alright with the purchase. If you go through this process, make sure to note down the names of everyone you talk to for follow-up purposes.

    So, I just got this

So, I just got this stunning car, and let me tell you, it's been quite the ride! Buying it was a breeze, all thanks to the fantastic team. Corey handled all the coordination like a pro, and Donte from the valet team? Just wow, super friendly and made everything smooth. But, here's where it got a bit bumpy – the delivery. My car was overlooked for pickup not once, not twice, but three times! I mean, come on, I'd already paid for it, so that part was a bit of a letdown. But hey, despite the hiccup, buying a car online is something I'd definitely recommend if you want convenience and a mostly hassle-free experience.

    Let me tell you about

Let me tell you about my experience selling my truck. It was surprisingly smooth from beginning to end. They offered me a really fair price, and the whole process was simple and straightforward. After agreeing on the price, I just had to upload some pics and fill in some basic details. Honestly, my only worry was that I'd never heard of them before, so I was a bit anxious it might be a scam. They should definitely work on getting their name out there more. Overall, I'd use them again without a doubt. I hope they start including other vehicles like boats, jet skis, ATVs, etc. Definitely worth checking out.

Every question I had was answered with patience, and they made sure I got what I needed. The process was smooth, no waiting around. They respected my time and were very organized, which was awesome. I could tell they were pros who truly wanted to help me find the right car. It's rare to find such genuine care these days. If you want a hassle-free car-buying trip, check out Driveway Rep. I ordered some stuff

I ordered some stuff online and had an interesting experience. The company was pretty good at responding quickly and wrapping things up fast. No surprise fees, which was nice. But the shipping part was a bit of a mess. I got contacted by two different people about delivery, which was kinda confusing. And the driver, who was in touch with me, couldn't really tell me when exactly they would show up. It wasn't a huge deal, but a more specific ETA would've been helpful. Overall, decent service but the shipping could use some improvement.

I had a pretty good experience overall, but there was a bit of a hiccup. Megan was super helpful throughout the process. We found a car we loved and thought it was ours, but turns out it got sold to someone else at the same time. That was a bummer for sure. Had to start the whole search again, which was frustrating. But Megan really made the difference. She stayed patient and helped us find another car that fit our needs. Can't say it was perfect because of that mix-up, but Megan's assistance made it easier to handle.

    Browsing for a car on

Browsing for a car on Driveway turned out to be a breeze. Their inventory lets you peek at options beyond your neighborhood, which is super cool. Knowing upfront what you'll pay without dealing with pushy salespeople is a refreshing twist. The only hiccup was the number of folks handling the deal—it got a bit confusing figuring out who to reach out to with questions. But overall, it was a smooth ride and I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if you're car hunting.

    I was really happy with

I was really happy with how things turned out. They gave me the best price for my car, which was awesome. Only hiccup was the third party pickup—they delayed a couple times and then suddenly appeared without warning. Thankfully, I was only half an hour away, so it wasn't too big of a deal. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good deal on selling your vehicle.

    Selling my truck from home

Selling my truck from home was a breeze with this platform. They offered me a better price than Carvana, which was a big win. The team was super accommodating, always ready to help and really made the whole thing smooth. Only downside was the wait time - it took a while from submitting the paperwork to the actual pickup. But overall, the experience was great and I felt taken care of.

Buying a car online was surprisingly smooth and easy. Everything went great, but it took forever to find a driver when my car was close to being delivered. Selling my car through Driveway

Selling my car through Driveway was a mixed bag. They offered me a great price, better than other places, and picking up the car was a breeze. But everything in between was kind of a hassle. The paperwork and documenting the car took forever and was complicated. The app they use for uploading photos zooms in too much, and I had to move my car around a lot to get the right shots in my narrow driveway. Took 13 photos, but then it didn't show they uploaded. Had to call and wait on hold, only to be told they did upload. This took three hours! Also, I didn't know my car needed to start without a jump, which meant I had to buy and install a new battery last minute. Plus, I got handed off to several agents, all asking the same questions. I'd recommend Driveway but warn about the documentation process. Knowing what photos to take and having a good battery would help a lot.

    So, here's the deal. I

So, here's the deal. I ordered a car through Driveway, paid $1800 for delivery, and it was a mess. First off, there was zero communication when the truck broke down for three days. I had no idea the driver was making other deliveries. They told me the car would arrive on Thursday, but it showed up on Sunday afternoon. Talk about stress! Customer service seemed totally out of the loop, giving me different delivery dates every time. Why isn't there a tracking link for large purchases? When the car finally arrived, it was fine—until I noticed transmission issues. Had to take it to a Nissan dealership since it's still under warranty. And where’s the complete manual? Got a digital one that only shows basic stuff like adjusting the seatbelt. Super frustrating experience.

    Rollercoaster experience

Back in July 2025, I had quite a rollercoaster experience with this car dealership. Buying the car was a breeze, really smooth at first. Communication? Spot on initially. But the delivery? Oh boy, it went downhill from there. They told me to "just hang around for three days" to see if the car would show up. Turns out, they use a third-party service, and getting accurate info was like pulling teeth. After my mechanic found a major issue, they picked up the car quickly, but since then, I've been left in the dark about my refund. Eleven days later, I’m still waiting, despite numerous calls and promises of escalation. The 7-day return policy seems like a joke when they ghost you. If you're considering them, maybe stick to local options to avoid this chaos.

    The woman who helped me

The woman who helped me set up my car was amazing! Honestly, she made the whole process so much easier. But I gotta say, there were a few bumps along the way. The loan terms were pretty rough, like, really high-interest rates. And the drop-off process? Not smooth at all. Plus, I didn’t get a temporary plate, which was a hassle. To top it off, the check engine light came on shortly after I got the car. That was a bummer. But despite all that, it wasn’t all bad. Having not-so-great credit is tough, but I appreciate the help I got. Still, it’s hard to give a better rating with those issues. But again, the initial setup lady? She was AWESOME!

    Found Driveway.com while browsing cars

Found Driveway.com while browsing cars on Edmunds. Heard they were slow but figured I'd give it a shot. Picking the car was easy, but man, the waiting game was rough. Every step, from buying to delivery, was full of delays. Weeks would go by with no updates; had to push them a few times to get things moving. But hey, in the end, I got a great car that fits my needs perfectly and at a decent price. Maybe I got lucky, but can't complain about the car itself. Overall, the customer service could use some work. If you’re hunting for a new ride and other places don't have what you want, Driveway.com might be worth a look.

    I had quite the adventure

I had quite the adventure when my car needed to be picked up. The guy who came to collect it wasn't exactly the friendliest. He seemed pretty grumpy and didn't handle my car very gently when loading it onto the trailer. At one point, he even said, "You getting paid is not my problem," which left me feeling a bit uneasy. But then there was Tyler from Driveway. This guy was a lifesaver. I reached out to him, and he jumped right into action. Within minutes, he had everything sorted out, and I felt much more at ease. Tyler's quick response truly made a difference, turning a rough start into a pretty positive experience.

Buying a car online was a first for me, and honestly, it was way smoother than I imagined. Marco was super helpful, guiding me through the process and setting me up with a reliable car that comes with a solid warranty. It really took the worry out of buying a car this way. You know how it goes, you're all set to make a big purchase, but the company's response time is dragging. That's how it was with this company. I was just about ready to give up when Ryan stepped in. This guy really knows his stuff and went above and beyond to sort out my transaction issues. Ryan was the only shining light in an otherwise frustrating experience. His dedication left a good impression, even if the rest didn't. In the end, I decided to go with another company for my car purchase. But if I ever think about returning to this company, it's Ryan I'd want to work with again. He's a real gem.

    I walked into Elder Ford

I walked into Elder Ford expecting a smooth ride, but things got a bit bumpy. Ryan was awesome, really made me feel like I was in good hands. But then, outta nowhere, I was dealing with someone else. No beef with the new person, but the shuffle was kinda annoying. To top it off, the car I picked got sold, and then I had to haggled to get the next option at the promised price. Seriously? In the end, they sorted it out, so I appreciate that. If the car runs well, I’ll be content. Ryan's a rockstar, but the dealership’s process needs some work. Overall, I'd give it a mixed rating.

    I was looking to buy

I was looking to buy an electric vehicle and found one priced just over the $25K federal limit. It seemed doable, especially when the online rep hinted that a deal might be possible. Excited, I put down a $500 deposit and spent a couple of hours thinking everything was on track. But when I talked to Justin, the sales manager in Dallas, he shut it down fast. No price change, and they were sticking with that annoying documents fee. Felt like a bait-and-switch. If the online team had been upfront, I wouldn’t have gone through all that hassle. Just a frustrating experience overall.

The temporary tags showed up a week after the car got here, which was already a problem. Speaking of the delivery, I didn't even get a heads-up.
