This company has some serious issues

This company has some serious issues with payment and communication. At first, I couldn't use my Mexican MasterCard and they didn't give me any other options or respond to my emails. The problem was only solved when I called customer service. Then, they messed up the recipient's name on my package, causing more trouble. However, customer service was quick to help with the payment problem.

First, m' card didn't work for my order 'cause they don't take Mexican MasterCards. No other options offered, emails ignored. Had to call. Then, trouble with order pickup 'cause wrong name on package. Sales staff no help with card issue, but customer service fixed it fast.

The company's performance left much to be desired. The product I ordered had to be transferred from another warehouse, causing some inconvenience. It barely arrived in time for my wash. Additionally, the original salesperson provided a delivery date that turned out to be inaccurate; when I followed up on the order status, I was informed it would take an extra week for delivery.

The company was alright. Ordering stuff was simple enough, and the person on the phone was nice and answered my questions. The only problem I had was with the delivery folks. They dumped the whole pallet of stuff into a snowbank in my driveway without giving a heads-up. I get that I'm supposed to check everything when it arrives, but it's kinda tough when they don't let you know they're coming. Luckily, nothing got stolen or frozen before I got home.

This company's practices are utterly deceptive. I recently placed an order for towels through Joe, and to my disbelief, they not only imposed a reasonable $14 charge but also slapped me with an exorbitant $120 shipping fee. Yes, you read that correctly – a whopping $120 just for shipping! It's beyond comprehension and left me exclaiming, "Oh gosh." Beware of this company's questionable tactics that seem to make a mockery out of unsuspecting customers.
