About company

Established in 2003 and reborn in 2011, THMotorsports originated from a group of enthusiasts facing a common dilemma in the early days of e-commerce. Frustrated by the lack of support for their beloved cars, they embarked on a mission to bring something new and different to the automotive online world. In a pre-social media era, they scoured web boards for DIY solutions and sought manufacturers willing to listen to their needs. Their vision went beyond a conventional parts website; they aimed to create a platform with passionate individuals intimately familiar with cars. THMotorsports was built on this core concept, forever shaping its history.

Company is best for cheap parts
by John

Company is best for cheap parts, and if not they'll match price but usually not needed. Shipping fast for in-stock items. Good communication. Only small problem is sometimes site loads slow or errors loading items. But still, they are first and usually last place for parts.

I phoned to ask about product availability
by White

I phoned to ask about product availability and shipping time, as shown on their website. I bought the item, paid for it, then received a cancellation 4 days later without any explanation. I tried to reorder by calling three times, but each time I was put on hold for an excessively long period. Their customer service could definitely use some improvement. I'm honestly surprised they manage to stay in business.

Ordered shocks, but they
by Anonymous

Ordered shocks, but they were out of stock for about 6 weeks. I canceled the order and got confirmation. But, I didn't get my money back. Called, was told refund was done last week. Called again next week, same answer. No email confirmation. Called next day, told refund was done yesterday. Agent kept repeating it'll show up in hours. Cold service. I'd steer clear of this company.

Well, it looks like we share a similar
by Mike Ti

Well, it looks like we share a similar encounter. They sent me a battery mix-up – same model, but the positive and negative were switched. They admitted it was their mistake but won't give me a refund. I'd suggest steering clear of them.

The company claimed my tires
by Anonymous

The company claimed my tires would be delivered in two days, but my $600 order never showed up, and there was no communication about it. When I called, nobody could explain the delay, even after I explained my car was at the mechanic's. I spent a week getting vague answers about them "talking to the warehouse." When nobody had a clue, I asked for a refund, which took another week to process. I'm not sure if I would have received my money back if I hadn't paid through PayPal and filed a complaint. They did eventually refund everything, but I wouldn't recommend taking a chance with this company. If they were just professional, kept track of their products, explained why things didn't ship, and returned calls and emails, it could have been a much better experience. Delays happen, but it's the lack of communication that made it frustrating.

I ordered four Pirelli tires at $165 each
by Steve

I ordered four Pirelli tires at $165 each since their website indicated 10+ in stock. However, the next day, my order got canceled, claiming they were out of stock. Interestingly, they promptly updated the website, raising the price to $265 with a sudden abundance of 10+ in stock. Upon reaching out via email, I received a vague response about stock issues and a refusal to honor the initially quoted price. Avoid purchasing from this company!

Potential buyers should exercise caution
by Sharon W.

My experience with THmotorsports has been incredibly frustrating. Despite diligently using their click-through system to select the appropriate product for my car, I received a grill guard meant for a van instead of my car. Upon notifying them of their error, they issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the possibility of a 30-50% restocking fee and the requirement for me to cover return shipping costs. This is an unacceptable practice, holding customers financially responsible for their mistakes. Potential buyers should exercise caution and be aware of these policies before considering purchases from THmotorsports.

My experience with Autoplicity has been incredibly frustrating
by Josh Steele

My experience with Autoplicity has been incredibly frustrating. I made a significant order for $1224.23, only to discover a week later that the items were out of stock at thmotorsports. Moreover, there's uncertainty about the part's availability in the future. After canceling the order, the real headache began – waiting for a refund from Michael Novelo, the Customer Service Representative. It has been over a month, and the refund is still pending. This lack of transparency and delayed resolution has left me highly dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
