I tried to reorder by calling three times, but each time I was put on hold for an excessively long period. Their customer service could definitely use some improvement. When nobody had a clue, I asked for a refund, which took another week to process. I'm not sure if I would have received my money back if I hadn't paid through PayPal and filed a complaint. They did eventually refund everything, but I wouldn't recommend taking a chance with this company. If they were just professional, kept track of their products, explained why things didn't ship, and returned calls and emails, it could have been a much better experience. Delays happen, but it's the lack of communication that made it frustrating.
