I spent about an hour working with
I spent about an hour working with two customer service agents to complete my purchase through American Arenas. In the end, the second agent handled everything well, making sure my tickets were transferred from Ticketmaster to my email, so I could easily save them on my phone. Still, I think the process of transferring tickets could be made simpler to improve the overall experience.

Received tickets fast. Used Ticketmaster for the process. Not sure about the seats – I think it might be General Admission? Haven’t visited this venue yet.

I spent an hour working with two customer service
I spent an hour working with two customer service agents to complete my ticket purchase through American Arenas. In the end, the last agent skillfully managed the details to get my tickets from Ticketmaster sent straight to my email, allowing me to easily get them on my phone. Still, I think the ticket transfer process could use some simplification to make it easier for users.

The decision has been made. Avoid this company at all costs! One star is already too high! They completely let me down! My event is in two days, and they haven't responded to my calls. I reached out to them four weeks ago, and they promised to deliver two tents for my party. I asked for a written quote multiple times, but the salesperson, Hayden, kept saying he was working on it but never provided anything. Hayden assured me everything would be taken care of, "not to worry." Now, he isn't returning my calls at all, despite me leaving six messages over the last two days. Finally, Hayden informs me they used my tents for another customer, and they won't be able to deliver. I am extremely upset and disappointed. It's too late to find another supplier. Don't waste your time with them, go elsewhere! They really let me down! Thanks a lot Hayden and Arena Americas.

My mother rented tables and chairs
My mother rented tables and chairs. We were promised a one-hour window, but instead, they gave us only 15 minutes notice in the early morning. They also collected the tables and chairs a day before the scheduled pick-up. We are not likely to use this service again!
