We have been using Yapsody for a while now

We have been using Yapsody for a while now and have faced some problems with their services. Our audience buying tickets on Yapsody sometimes has a hard time during the purchase and ticket validation at check-in. While everything is generally okay, I hope they can do better with the marketing page for events. Even though the page functions well, it looks a bit plain. I wish Yapsody would make it look nicer.

Their customer service is amazing.

Their customer service is amazing. I’m organizing a free event with no fees from Yapsody, and they have treated us like royalty! I looked at over 10 ticketing companies, and this one won me over because of their great 24/7 support. Their platform is easy to use. I recommend it 100%. Plus, it's the cheapest one around. ;-)
