The process of securing these tickets was smooth and easy to follow, especially considering the challenges most people face with such purchases. Everything worked out well after buying the tickets, and the e-tickets were sent as expected. No issues at the venue either. All in all, a solid experience. I got them last minute for my father's 80th birthday. Very happy with the result, thank you.

The buying process went well, but since I was a first time customer, I wanted to check in with Customer Service about how it all worked. It was quite hard to get in touch with them—just ringing and no answer or voicemail at all. When I finally did get through, the line was so poor that I could barely hear them. Other than that, everything was fine, got the tickets on time and no issues.

Easy process, after paying $1 for the verification check. Clear communication during the purchase and the deposit arrived on my account as promised (about one to two weeks after the game). I would use xchangeticket again if I need to sell tickets.

Despite the first seller of my ticket not completing the sale, the team at Xchange tickets did their best to find me another ticket (plus one for my friend) so we could enjoy the event. Great servive!
