I started using Ticketbud in 2020 when other

I started using Ticketbud in 2020 when other platforms stopped supporting in-person events. I usually organize just two events annually, and so far, everything has been fine. Their customer service is decent, and response times are quick. There are a few aspects I’m not completely happy with (for instance, you can only upload one photo, and cropping it can be tricky, as the image often gets distorted on desktop). However, overall, I am content with the service.

We are a nonprofit group working to support at-risk

We are a nonprofit group working to support at-risk kids who are below the poverty line. For two years, we utilized TicketBud for our fundraising events at a fixed cost of $99. In the third year, we were shocked to see a charge of $1089 taken from our account. When we reached out to them, they informed us that their policy had changed. This is a crazy jump in cost, especially since we weren't aware of any price increase.

I purchased tickets for an event that seems

I purchased tickets for an event that seems to be either fake or canceled. I’ve tried calling and emailing both the organizer and ticketbud. No one responds at all. Every call goes to voicemail, and no matter what option you pick, you never get a reply.
