The website is simple to use
The website is simple to use, but I would love to see an app for Android users (Apple users have one). So far, my experiences have been great. This is my first season with TiqAssist, and I will definitely keep using their services. TiqAssist promises that my tickets will sell at fair prices, and every game I couldn't attend sold out well before the scheduled dates.

The service is okay, and the app works well
The service is okay, and the app works well, but the fees are really taking away from any potential profit. I don’t think I’ll continue as a customer because the commission costs are not being balanced out by higher sales prices. I thought the system would help me get the best prices, but I’ve actually had better luck selling on my own.
