Maine was really kind in assisting me with the issues I caused! I didn’t know I had a Ticketmaster acct and tried to register, using the wrong zip code … twice (not feeling great so clearly not thinking straight), figured out I had an account and got locked out because of strange activity! Maine guided me in setting up a new account and sorting my tickets. Thanks, Maine!

Risa was really helpful.

I had a hard time looking up my tickets

I had a hard time looking up my tickets, so I called the 877 number and spoke to a woman named Jen. In just a few minutes, she got my tickets sorted out and I could take my kids to the game. Jen really made it all better for me.
