Great customer service! I faced a small issue with my ticket for the French Open. Once I arrived in Paris, I reached out to ESeats and got a quick response. Over the next couple of hours, they were very helpful and kept in touch as they worked through the problem, even though it was quite late for them. Communication was clear, and they were ready to assist. Despite the problem, I had originally bought a ground pass, but they upgraded me to premium seating in the stadium.
