    Great customer service!

    Great customer service! I faced a small issue with my ticket for the French Open. Once I arrived in Paris, I reached out to ESeats and got a quick response. Over the next couple of hours, they were very helpful and kept in touch as they worked through the problem, even though it was quite late for them. Communication was clear, and they were ready to assist. Despite the problem, I had originally bought a ground pass, but they upgraded me to premium seating in the stadium.

    Great Service!

    Great Service! It's so nice to have someone contact you directly after purchasing tickets to make sure everything is in order. It feels personal and not like dealing with a faceless corporation. You can really see they care about their customers. I'm confident you’ll be happy with the service. ALSO, THE SEATS & SERVICE were great! 100/100

    Great customer support

    Great customer support, Wimbledon tickets came to my email long before the event, I won't look for any other place for valuable and costly tickets, definitely consider this company! The seats were very good, Bob was helpful with my queries. Can't understand how anyone could rate this business below perfect.

    I was a bit hesitant to use eseats for buying French Open tickets. I'd heard some folks had problems with resale tickets, so I kept messaging Debbie to ensure there wouldn't be any trouble. Her helpfulness and support eased my worries, and I got my ticket codes just a day before the event. The ONLY reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that the tickets were more than 3X the original price, but I wanted to go, so that's on me for not budgeting better. If you need real tickets, go with eseats; Debbie and her team are simple to talk to via chat or email.
