About company

Ticket Club operates as a membership site offering tickets for concerts, sports, and theater events. In a model reminiscent of Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco, members benefit from significant cost savings, enjoying low prices without any additional service fees. Unlike many competitors, Ticket Club eliminates these often hefty fees, which can inflate ticket prices by 10% to 30% or more. Members witness transparency in pricing, as the first displayed price is the final cost, excluding only shipping fees, which vary based on the chosen shipping method. While all ticket prices are at the Club level, membership is not required to access these prices, distinguishing Ticket Club in the ticketing industry.

This company needs to talk quicker
by Robert

This company needs to talk quicker with other systems to stay current. You can't sell tickets you don't got.

very helpful
by Jason

Company's customer service was very helpful when I was trying to buy a ticket. My credit card kept showing fraud alerts, so I couldn't finish the transaction.

Ticket Club is terrible, I wouldn't recommend them.
by Anonymous

Ticket Club is terrible, I wouldn't recommend them. I had a really hard time getting in touch with the right person to sort out my tickets. If you don't claim your tickets within 48 hours, you might lose them and your money, even if your event is months away. The website kept showing error signs, which almost made me lose my tickets.

I feel let down by this company.
by Brittany

I feel let down by this company. They only gave a short time to sell tickets at a reduced price and didn't try hard enough to make sure those tickets were actually sold during that time. I gave them my tickets, which they probably resold, but I ended up paying full price and didn't get to attend the concert. I won't be using their services again.

I feel deeply disappointed and angered
by Laura

I feel deeply disappointed and angered by the company's deceptive practices. As a veteran, it is disheartening to experience such dishonesty, especially considering the explicit claim on their website that no fees would be charged, and veterans are promised the lowest prices. However, I was charged exorbitant fees on top of the ticket price. Despite reaching out to the Winter Garden Theatre and securing a partial refund, the amount received was only $45.59 out of the $182.00 owed. The failure to provide the full refund has left me frustrated and compelled to report this misleading conduct to ID.me, the Better Business Bureau, and potentially 7 On Your Side TV if the outstanding balance is not promptly returned.

I was quite let down by the Tailgate
by Anonymous

I was quite let down by the Tailgate directions, causing us to miss the event. Despite diligently following the provided instructions, which indicated it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead, we were misled. The paper mentioned it was across the street, but seeking guidance from locals only added to the confusion, resulting in us missing the Tailgate since we had already parked inside Arrowhead, and leaving would incur additional parking fees. The event tickets were acceptable, and the gift cards were straightforward to use. Despite this hiccup, we still had a good time and might consider attending again. It's my fourth trip, but I'll likely refrain from purchasing Tailgate tickets in the future.

At renewal time, they may not process
by Alejandro

At renewal time, they may not process the automatic charge, citing issues. Customer service proves unhelpful, leaving you to handle the situation yourself. Purchasing to evade additional fees requires another payment akin to the initial charge.

The seats we bought didn't match
by Micah Silverman

The seats we bought didn't match the ones we got. Originally, we had prime center seats, but the seller unexpectedly relocated us to front left seats at the last minute. Unfortunately, these seats offered an obstructed view, which was disappointing.

We bought tickets through TicketClub
by Jm

We bought tickets through TicketClub for a weekend football game, expecting an unobstructed view. However, disappointment ensued as we discovered a cameraman obstructing our seats, despite assurances from Brian and his team. Daily calls for updates proved futile, with miscommunication and unhelpful suggestions from the call center. Brian, the supposed supervisor, offered a mere 10% refund for the inconvenience. Despite providing evidence post-event, there has been no response. TicketClub's failure to acknowledge and rectify the issue, coupled with unfulfilled guarantees, leaves a bitter taste. Future patronage seems unlikely given this frustrating experience.

My tickets were promised by 12/28
by Austin Moreland

My tickets were promised by 12/28. On 12/30, live chat assured they'd arrive. Repeated inquiries on 12/31 received the same response. On 01/01, event day, live chat suggested waiting 15 minutes due to a supplier error. A call revealed a time mistake, requiring an extra hour. 90 minutes before the event, in the stadium parking lot, no tickets. Live chat then admitted unavailability, offering a refund. These tickets, meant as a Christmas gift, led to disappointment. Despite getting last-minute tickets, 21 rows higher, and a $25 refund, the stressful experience and lack of support make me hesitant about using the ticket club again.

My attempt to purchase tickets for an event ended in frustration as the order was never processed
by Michael Snyder

My attempt to purchase tickets for an event ended in frustration as the order was never processed. The lack of notification about this issue left me in a last-minute scramble to secure tickets. Improved communication and a more reliable ticket processing system are essential for a better customer experience.

The insistence on printed tickets remains a drawback
by Jackie

The overall experience was fairly smooth, but the insistence on printed tickets remains a drawback. In today's digital age, where most people don't own printers, it seems outdated. Many ticket delivery services embrace digital-only options, which I find more convenient and preferable.
