The positive: The bowl sets are of decent quality. The negative: Customer service is a letdown. Apparently, they are short-staffed. I ordered two bowl sets, but only one was shipped initially. Getting information about the second set was a nightmare. Despite being told they would check with the warehouse and provide an update, there was no follow-through. I had to initiate multiple inquiries through chat, email, and IG, with inconsistent responses. The IG contact claimed not to handle "logistics" and promised to follow up. Eventually, I was informed that both sets had shipped on the same day, contrary to the email notification. The entire communication process seemed chaotic and unreliable. It appears that Trot lacks effective internal communication, raising concerns about their overall competence. Considering the substantial cost of the dog bowl sets, their customer service and information accuracy need significant improvement. Best of luck to everyone dealing with this

Bought the medum set of bowls with the slow feeder and 6 inch risers in orange. Very happy with this buy. My pup (a 4 month Bernedoodle) loves them! The quality is great, the stand is stable and perfect with the silicone tray with built in magnets that keep the bowls secure. Easy to wash and looks beautiful.

Company's return policy isn't great. Ordered cobalt blue elevated set but color in photo doesn't match what was sent. Husband used it to feed dog before I saw color issue. Customer service won't refund because it was used. Expensive item to have poor return policy. Buyer be ware.

We bought da high feeding set for our new doggo. He's still tiny so we didn't use da stand yet. But da stuff is great quality. Da bowls and tray stick together with magnets, so no accidents. Puzzle bowl is cool, even with his small food. We suggest it.

Bought stand and bowl set. Happy with the quality. No directions for attaching legs to stand. Took me a minute to figure out they were interlocked in X pattern and extra screws were given. Would've been helpful to have picture directions.

I'm unsure if we got the correct size. We were told to get the medium set. We haven't received our puppy yet but we love the bowls, mat & stand - we're just unsure if the medium is too large for a mini Aussie Shepherd?

The shade doesn't quite hit navy, leaning more towards a regular blue. Additionally, the magnets lack the strength needed to securely anchor the bowl in place for my lab.
