My initial appointment was cancelled just two hours

My initial appointment was cancelled just two hours before it was supposed to start. No explanation was given at all. It's quite ridiculous that they enforce a 48-hour cancellation rule for clients, while the staff can cancel at any time without giving a reason. I lodged a complaint as soon as I saw my session was cancelled. This is not acceptable. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a regular issue. I do NOT suggest Thriveworks and I’ll be closing my account.

Out of my 6 appointments, 3 were cancelled just a few hours before they were set to begin. I got email notices for each one, not via the portal that could text me. Once, a therapist had trouble joining her own Zoom call. She told me this via email, I gave her my number, and she wouldn't call me. Less than helpful - total waste of time.
