If you wonder why the Omada Health program seems to have so many participants, it's because they're forced to take part in it by their insurers or lose access to medications or other benefits. They make it sound like such a privilege, like oh good news, your insurance covers Omada program for free! LOL. For every denial Omada helps the insurance companies make, they get paid. Nothing to do with "health," just an AI app developed by a bunch of tech bros shaking hands with Big Insurance.

It really adds up.
It really adds up. The app doesn’t rush you into changes but teaches you and helps you think about what you're altering. I enjoy the app’s design, the lessons’ material, and how it links with other wellness apps. The coach is priceless; being able to interact with people in your group for support is great.
