    Horrible!!

    Bought a baby lounger and only had it two weeks before I washed it and it came apart. They will not refund or replace item because it was bought more than 14 days ago. Also, ordered diaper bag that came in wrong color.

    I got the wrong product two times. Contacted customer support a second time and got no reply after 4 emails. I will NEVER shop with this company again. Never got the first item I wanted and no refund. Lesson learn.

    Avoid buying from this store. They claim free returns, but it's a lie. They never handle returns properly. I sent 10 emails, but nothing happened. Many others have had the same issue. They are dishonest.

    I needed custom bathroom mirrors with some pretty specific requirements. The customer service team was super patient and helpful, working with me every step of the way.     I got two Happy Nappers recently and honestly, they aren't what I expected. They arrived on time, sure, but they were just shrink-wrapped, no brand name or anything. No tags, no care instructions, nothing. I had to dig through YouTube to figure out how to fold them properly. And the quality? Pretty disappointing. They felt like knockoffs, not the cozy, well-made ones I hoped for.
