Well, when I saw the reviews, I was kinda unsure. 'Cause I usually need a higher rating before I buy from a company. These hats look great. They did even BETTER than I expected. I had nothing less than a 5 star time. So, I'll totally be a repeat customer. Still surprised they don't have a higher rating.

Ordered some New Balance boots. I was concerned this company might not be real from what I read elsewhere. But my order did come eventually. It took 3 weeks instead of the 7 days they said. Emails took a bit to get replies, and the English wasn't great. They are a real business, but they should be clearer about how long shipping takes and reply to emails better. They did say sorry for the wait, though.

My experience with this company was terrible. They charged me more than they should have without asking, and they act like it's no big deal. I strongly advise against doing business with them. I'm going to report them to the BBB because I believe they're running a scam.

I placed an order for coffee tumblers, but the experience has been less than smooth. I received emails with errors in spelling and discrepancies in color details. The proof they sent was rendered pointless as they later claimed they needed a higher resolution image. The initially specified delivery timeframe also extended significantly. Attempts to contact the representative were unsuccessful, and the alternative contact offered little assistance, insisting maroon and red are nearly identical. Requesting a supervisor's intervention proved futile, with a dismissive response. Considering the complications, canceling the order and refunding my payment seems a reasonable request.
